Lucinda Lavender: 2 cups flour 3/4 cup salt 2 (generous) Tablespoons cream of tartar 2 cups hot water 3 Tablespoons oil (use canola or corn) food coloring (I like the stuff I got at Mrs. Cook's - and probably any cooking store. Very vivid colors. Combine flour, salt, and cream of tartar in a pot. (Set the burner on medium to med-hi but don't put pot on until all ingredients are in it.) Mix hot water, oil, and food coloring together (sometimes, if I remembered, I added peppermint of something for fragrance) and add to the pot. Then add to the pot. Stir the whole mixture over medium heat (Need a strong spoon) until mixture comes away from the pan and clumps together. Put on floured surface and knead out all the lumps. Put in ziplock bag (leave open) and cool. When cool, zip it up and it's ready to use.
    Korel Laloix: Wado
    Lucinda Lavender: bye for now....

Lucinda Lavender: I just went out of range to see if there is a calendar nearby...I did not see one....
Lucinda Lavender: so I am claiming the session again...
Lucinda Lavender: it ias 7:25...the sun is still shining on the tops of the trees. The sky is blue. Trees are in a slight breeze. People are walking by pushing a stroller. The woman of the couple has gray hair like mine. perhaps they are the grandparents of the child in the stroller. Crows are cawing. Airplane flies overhead.

Lucinda Lavender: I will try that then
Santoshima Resident: did you want it to be found?
    Santoshima Resident: areyou using Firestorm?
Lucinda Lavender: well...I was thinking that I would want to see how it looks and then perhaps remove dream circle from it if it is on there
    Santoshima Resident: i see
    Lucinda Lavender: no v 2
    --BELL--

Santoshima Resident: sorry crossed comments ...
Lucinda Lavender: I was not reliable regarding the dream circle some/most of the time. hard to participate at 19:00 too many days in a row and during the dinner hour.
Santoshima Resident: not the best time, then?
Santoshima Resident: maybe in the fall, a better time for you?
Lucinda Lavender: yes...it was hard to get in my mental calender as well
Lucinda Lavender: well I am torn really
Santoshima Resident: difficutl to teach a method ... some people came with a different method in mind

Santoshima Resident: are either of you having difficulty getting into sl using Firestorm (today)?
Lucinda Lavender: I was saying I am emersed in th RL experience of it and it is sometimes hard to do in a new way...at that time of day especially
Lila Darkmatter: have had more lag lately but otherwise am okay
Santoshima Resident: hmm, it will not let me log in
Lila Darkmatter: understandable Luci... energies waning as the day goes on
    Santoshima Resident: yes
Lila Darkmatter: actually someone else said they were having issues with firestorm and logging in...perhaps Zen
Lucinda Lavender: morning was great initially when we tried
    Santoshima Resident: i recall
Lila Darkmatter nods... morning worked well
Lila Darkmatter: but still took 3 of most of the time, to help newcomers, etc
Lila Darkmatter: a somewhat ambitious undertaking, but worthwhile :)
Lucinda Lavender: Exactly!! lots of support neededthen I was kind of busy with school so I thought
Lucinda Lavender: evening was better but it was not really with dinner time etc
Lila Darkmatter: for me too... have never been as inconsistent as this past year, arriving late to things, etc...
Lila Darkmatter: life takes its turns
Lucinda Lavender: something challenging about the year...perhaps
Lucinda Lavender: thanks for listening and discussing

    Lila Darkmatter: thanks

Lila Darkmatter: our (older) cat seems to like bread rolls... go figure
    Santoshima Resident: :)
Lila Darkmatter: and sea weed ^.^
    Lucinda Lavender: wow good information
Lila Darkmatter: yes that's a good site... my daughter attends school near a park where people leave many cats
    Santoshima Resident: oh
    Lucinda Lavender: aww...
Lila Darkmatter: and usually they do okay, but sometimes there are tiny ones without parents

    Lucinda Lavender: sparkles
Lila Darkmatter: guess milk is okay, because the emergency recipes have it
Lila Darkmatter: hah, I wondered what that was
    Lucinda Lavender: yes,
Santoshima Resident: i believe it isn't so great for adult cats,
Santoshima Resident: but not sure the source of that belief
Lucinda Lavender: maybe for babies it is ok
Lucinda Lavender: is it a happy cat?
Lila Darkmatter: doing better than hours ago
Lucinda Lavender: not too distressed i mean...

    --BELL--

Santoshima Resident: s/he said we should put on our shirts (meaning a particular shirt, in repsonse to whomever was driving up)

Lucinda Lavender: sound was the alert noise and somehow you knew...covering was called for
Lila Darkmatter: what were the feelings of the dreams?
Santoshima Resident: that there was a presence outside
Santoshima Resident: i think i must have registered the deer
    Santoshima Resident: sounds
Santoshima Resident: but always, dream imagery more than surface noise
    Santoshima Resident: just a stimulus
Lila Darkmatter: that makes sense...blend of the two
Santoshima Resident: feeling was a little ominous
Lucinda Lavender: not much but curiousity in min...just very simple and mattrer of fact. I thnk I went on in the dream to fold my childrens quilts noticing that I had some from each...color was consistent to both kids.
    Santoshima Resident: nice
Lucinda Lavender: I was thinking about fairness of it
    Santoshima Resident: ah
Lucinda Lavender: one wonders what to do and if the kids will ever want the old toys

Lila Darkmatter: I was remembering yesterday... that I chewed the feet off of all but my ballerina barbies
Santoshima Resident: seems the right thing to do, skydiving barbie
    Lucinda Lavender: and their clothes
    Lucinda Lavender: hahaha
Santoshima Resident: i cutoff the hair
Santoshima Resident: had to be done
    Lucinda Lavender: :)))

    Lucinda Lavender: love it
Lucinda Lavender: I want to look for the barbie knitting book link...
Santoshima Resident: can you make the patterns from pictures, without knowing the text language?
Santoshima Resident: or enough, visual information to decipher the text.
Santoshima Resident: surely the vocabulary for knitting follows a standard pattern
Lucinda Lavender: I bet you might be able to
Santoshima Resident: you might be able to ;)
Santoshima Resident: i am not a knitter
Santoshima Resident: only admire a nice pair of handmade socks
Lila Darkmatter stays conspicuously silent in recognition of conversation beyond her depth
    Santoshima Resident: knitting?
    Lucinda Lavender: :))
    Santoshima Resident: :))
Lila Darkmatter: love to see people knitting... but yes... anything beyond button sewing
Lucinda Lavender: I like knitting hats or scarves

    Lucinda Lavender: ha
