Paradise Tennant: so I would hear the beep and stop to breathe
Paradise Tennant: now just do it by habit :)

Elia Scribe: I think that's a definition in classic meditation.
Elia Scribe: Meditation while doing activities, rather than sitting.
Elia Scribe: Sitting is a term used by meditators.

Paradise Tennant: doing one thing at a time is a moving meditation :)
Elia Scribe: Why is that?
Elia Scribe: I mean, if you meditate while washing the dishes, are you doing one thing at a time?
Paradise Tennant: well if you are fully in the moment . .. yes
Elia Scribe: So the one thing is you being?
Paradise Tennant: plus the added benefit of getting the dishes clean smiles
