Yakuzza Lethecus: the session is saturday at 7 am, still since we were only 6 ppl we had more depth in the conversations

Storm Nordwind: Notes are good. genesis made notes at the first retreat. They were comprehensive but they still reminded me of things she missed out!
Yakuzza Lethecus: ah, those were the monkey´s of course :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: lia had worn a t-shirt with a little monkey on it
Yakuzza Lethecus: so the monkeymind became one of the most used metaphors the days after
Yakuzza Lethecus: still we did a lot of practices as well
Yakuzza Lethecus: it´s hard to explain the emotions in the visualizations like the being seen practice
