stevenaia Michinaga: I must have met 3 or so Kira Japan avatars there since it moved
Eos Amaterasu is also wondering about bringing the 5 Bells Pub closer, and so creating a kind of downtown

stevenaia Michinaga: seems it;s the location, not so much the contents

Ewan Bonham: I think this pavillion is the center...and if other things were closer...they would get more traffic..:)
Eos Amaterasu: Although I must admit I also liked the optical isolation of the pavilion - no really close by buildings
Eos Amaterasu: (museum is kind of there, but still not directly visible)
Eos Amaterasu: interesting how the presence of the hall is affecting my perceptions

stevenaia Michinaga: that is usually never purposeful, more a wu wei.... this happens through non-action

Eos Amaterasu: Yes, the retreat felt somewhat concentrated
Eos Amaterasu: Maybe it was because all 6 participants had been at Malta, and so at at least one previous retreat

Eos Amaterasu: the room we did our sessions in had a feeling like that room at the very end of the 2001: A Space Odyssey movie

Eos Amaterasu: high windows, very white, lots of light

stevenaia Michinaga: not futuristic
Eos Amaterasu: and some quality of being out of time
Eos Amaterasu: or timeless
Eos Amaterasu: it was both the room in Stuttgart, and the 2001 room
stevenaia Michinaga: never thought of that movie as the past, at the time it was a movie of the future
stevenaia Michinaga: plays with time
Eos Amaterasu: yes.... that room was in some sort of indeterminate time, though it felt like the future to me
stevenaia Michinaga: how did that add or subtract for the sessiosn, so used to have them occur here
Eos Amaterasu: the play of SL time together and RL time together is an interesting factor
Eos Amaterasu: I think some of us felt we could go a bit deeper, for example into the Being side of things (as with Being Seeing)
Eos Amaterasu: exploring that both together "in session" and out on walks, in the forest and under the big big sky
Eos Amaterasu: in the woods there can be more a sense of "being seen"
stevenaia Michinaga: nice how walks in nature quiets and focuses the mind
Eos Amaterasu: yes
Eos Amaterasu: I think the environment here can do likewise
Eos Amaterasu: Let's try Being seeing in the next 90 secs
