The Guardian for this meeting was Agatha Macbeth. The comments are by Agatha Macbeth.

I came along on the off-chance, just to see if anyone turned up to claim the session, to find Arch already at the Pavilion.

    Agatha Macbeth waves to Archie
       --BELL--(0100)
Agatha Macbeth: Hello Arch and Koya :)
    Archmage Atlantis: Hello Agatha :)
Agatha Macbeth: How are you today?
Archmage Atlantis: I am well, ty....and yourself?
Agatha Macbeth: Fine, just got up :p
Agatha Macbeth: I didn't know if anyone was coming here so grabbed the log just in case
Archmage Atlantis: Me too, early today ,,,,, and the sun in rl is still not up
Agatha Macbeth: It's very early with you I should think
Archmage Atlantis: Is this time slot assigned to anyone?
Archmage Atlantis: Yes, 4 AM, our time.
Agatha Macbeth: I'm not sure if there is a regular GoC
Agatha Macbeth: But Lia asked in the email for someone to grab it so I came along
    Archmage Atlantis: Ah
    Archmage Atlantis: Good
Agatha Macbeth: Wasn't sure who would be here
Archmage Atlantis: Well, I'm glad you came......I wouldn't have claimed the log, I don't think I can actually
Agatha Macbeth nods. Your name and email need to be in the database, I think
Agatha Macbeth: It recognises me the moment I walk in! :p
Archmage Atlantis: Is it daytime by you?
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes
    Agatha Macbeth: It's 9.08 AM
Agatha Macbeth: So really bright now
Archmage Atlantis: A much more reasonable time to be up :)
Archmage Atlantis: My body clock is strange, more so the longer I remain at home most days.
Agatha Macbeth: I was going to ask if you were up early or late! ;-)
Archmage Atlantis: I think some part of me has keyed into this meeting time
    Archmage Atlantis: smile
Agatha Macbeth: Yes, that can happen
Agatha Macbeth: If you particularly want to be doing something at a certain time
Archmage Atlantis: Yes, welll meetings of different types on SL have become my social life in the last year or so
Agatha Macbeth: SL is good for that :)
Archmage Atlantis: I enjoy the intelligent friendly atmosphere of some of the more focused groups
Agatha Macbeth: And this one too :D
       --BELL--(0115)
Archmage Atlantis: I had intended to work as long as possible, then go back to school..........but life happens while one is making other plans..........And I agree, PaB is one of the better groups........in fact, PaB was my first group like that.....
Archmage Atlantis: many of the others I found through folks I met here
Agatha Macbeth: Yes, I agree life tends to trip you up unexpectedly sometimes
Agatha Macbeth: It seems to have a different agenda to us!
    Archmage Atlantis: :)
Agatha Macbeth: How long have you been coming to PaB now?
Archmage Atlantis: One does have to plan, but the planning and expectations have to be flexible....
    Agatha Macbeth: Definitely
Archmage Atlantis: A little over a year, I think
Agatha Macbeth: So you weren't here in the teahouse days then?
Archmage Atlantis: It was soon after the first gathering in Princeton, or maybe the second one
Agatha Macbeth: Ah yes, I read about that on the wiki
Archmage Atlantis: I guess not, I only know this pavilion
Agatha Macbeth: I have actually seen the old meeting place in Rieul, it's still there
    Archmage Atlantis: Hi, Alfie :)
Agatha Macbeth: I think Doug owns it now
    Agatha Macbeth: Hello Boxy :)
    Alfred Kelberry: :/
Agatha Macbeth: You look right at home between those pumpkins

    PumpkinAlf_001.png
Archmage Atlantis: why the sad expression Alfred
Alfred Kelberry: actually, i'm just for a minute
Agatha Macbeth: We'll play the minute waltz for you ;P
Archmage Atlantis: Well, it's good to see you, if only for a minute
    Alfred Kelberry: thank you :)
Agatha Macbeth: Good old Alf the box
Archmage Atlantis: Good thought Agatha :)
    Agatha Macbeth: :)
Agatha Macbeth: I must say the scarf sets it off well
Archmage Atlantis: :) - I'll have to look closer, I thought it was a long tie ?)
Agatha Macbeth: (Alf keeps waking up and dozing off)
Agatha Macbeth: It's definitely a scarf Arch - I remember when he first wore it with the box outfit his chest part kept diappearing...
Agatha Macbeth: He must wear it attatched to a different part now
Alfred Kelberry: ok, i'm off. enjoy the session :)
Agatha Macbeth: Oh he woke up - bye Alf!
    Archmage Atlantis: Bye Alfred
Archmage Atlantis: And I see that now, looking closer....definitely a scarf
Agatha Macbeth: I just hope he doesn't trip over it
       --BELL--(0130)
Agatha Macbeth: His legs aren't that long
    Archmage Atlantis: Me too :)
Archmage Atlantis: I don't need any accessories to cause me problems.............I went through a period of experimenting with clothes and whatnot
    Agatha Macbeth: Ooh
Archmage Atlantis: But finally decidede the conversation was more interesting
Agatha Macbeth: In RL you mean?
Archmage Atlantis: So back to jeans and a tee :)
Agatha Macbeth: The Arch uniform :)
Agatha Macbeth: I must say you look good when you have the wings on
Archmage Atlantis: In SL.....in rl I've moved from 3 piece Brooks Bros suits to jersey shorts and a tee
    Archmage Atlantis: *grins*
Agatha Macbeth: Best way, if you ask me
Agatha Macbeth: Especially with Florida weather
Archmage Atlantis: I like the wings also, but they are a bit distracting
    Agatha Macbeth: And primmy
Archmage Atlantis: I do try to dress better in rl when I can get a ride out to somewhere......but it's still shorts and short sleevers
Archmage Atlantis: The weather here is near perfect resort weather now through March
Agatha Macbeth: Yes, I can imagine
Archmage Atlantis: Is is cold by you now, Aggie?
Agatha Macbeth: Not yet, but getting colder
Agatha Macbeth: January and February tend to be coldest
Archmage Atlantis: The only downside of winter is that the population doubles due to tourists and winter residents from colder climates
Agatha Macbeth: Ah yes, of course
Agatha Macbeth: Many people in the States have second homes in Florida I believe?
Archmage Atlantis: But that doesn't really affect me in my current situation
Archmage Atlantis: Just folks who have to drive to work
Archmage Atlantis: Yes, on this coast, mostly from the midwestern states
    Agatha Macbeth nods
Archmage Atlantis: On the east coast the northern states and Canada
Archmage Atlantis: And In Miami, it's pretty international
Agatha Macbeth: That's the place with the big airport, right?
Archmage Atlantis: Yes, MIA is the largest airport in Florida
Agatha Macbeth: Not surprising really, with all those people coming in and out
Archmage Atlantis: The biggest in the US used to be Atlanta, but I'm not sure about that anymore.....Atlanta was a hub for Delta and other airlines in the past
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes, right
Agatha Macbeth: I always thought JFK was the biggest for some reason
       --BELL--(0145)
Archmage Atlantis: There used to be a common joke about having to transfer in Atlanta after passing away in order to get to heaven
    Agatha Macbeth: :DDD
    Agatha Macbeth: Maybe it's true!
    Archmage Atlantis: :)
Agatha Macbeth: Makes you wonder where you'd have to change in order to get to hell...
Archmage Atlantis: The airline industry has changed so much, and I no longer have to fly on business, so I'm out of that loop
Archmage Atlantis: I think hell is probably a lot easier to get to, even in one's own home city :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Ha, right!
Agatha Macbeth: Did you used to be a pilot?
Archmage Atlantis: No just business travel for whatever corporation I was working for
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah I see
Agatha Macbeth: I thought I remembered something in the log about it, never mind
    Agatha Macbeth: Me again
Archmage Atlantis: I was the finance/systems guy the marketing folks would take along for technical presentations
Archmage Atlantis: Nope, never flown a plane
    Archmage Atlantis: :)
Agatha Macbeth: So they wouldn't actually let you fly the plane then [grin]
    Agatha Macbeth: Rotten lot
    Archmage Atlantis: Nope
Agatha Macbeth: I love that film 'Airplane' with Peter Graves as the pilot
Agatha Macbeth: It totally kills me evry time I watch it
Archmage Atlantis: Do you get to travel much in rl? ------ and yes, Airplane is a classic
Agatha Macbeth: No, not at all really
Archmage Atlantis: First the dinosaurs came....
    Agatha Macbeth: Hahahahahaha
Archmage Atlantis: Lot's of lines in that movie that have entered the popular culture
Agatha Macbeth: Don't start me, or I won't be able to type
    Agatha Macbeth: :D
    Agatha Macbeth: OMG
Archmage Atlantis: And refererences backto Airplane in later moviews
    Archmage Atlantis: *movies
Agatha Macbeth: I loved the sequel too, with Captain Kirk in it
    Agatha Macbeth: 'What - I don't have a bridge!!!'
    Archmage Atlantis: :)
Agatha Macbeth: 'Don't call me Shirley'
Archmage Atlantis: That is probably the most quoted in rl...."don't call me Shirly"
Archmage Atlantis: It has reached the status of cliche *g*
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh yes
Agatha Macbeth: Ah, dear - I must watch that again
Archmage Atlantis: Well, Agatha, I'm going to go.......have a great day !
Archmage Atlantis: Bye for now :)
Agatha Macbeth: Okay Arch, take care
    Agatha Macbeth: Bye :)
Agatha Macbeth: Well, I doubt anyone else will turn up, so I'll sign off...
