The Guardian for this meeting was Pema Pera. The comments are by Pema Pera.
The title points to the fact that Wol's typist occasionally took over control from Pema's typist.
Pema Pera: Hi Rhia!
Pema Pera: Yes, you do :-)
Pema Pera: probably not, more likely the phenomenology meetings
Pema Pera: Are you enjoying the PaB sessions so far?
Pema Pera: I saw from the chat logs that you dropped by a few times lately
Pema Pera: Hi Geo!
Pema Pera: fine with me, Rhia!
Geo Solari: hello!
Geo Solari: may i sit here?
Pema Pera: of course!
Pema Pera: Nice to meet you Geo
Pema Pera: I see you were born in SL a week ago, so welcome to SL as well !
Geo Solari: Yes. This is actually the second time i attend a discussion here and in SL also.
I didn't know how much Geo had or had not yet heard about Play as Being, at the previous visit, so I asked a question about that, but then the conversation became a bit more complicated, given that I started explaining to Eliza that Wol's typist was sitting next to me in RL.
Pema Pera: Did you get an impression about what we're doing here, Geo, so far?
Pema Pera: Hi Eliza!
Rhiannon Dragoone: hi Eliza!
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Pema :) Hi Geo :) Hi Rhiannon :)
Pema Pera: the idea of stopping for 9 seconds every fifteen minutes?
Geo Solari: I am trying to understand what kind of communication this is!
Pema Pera: Eliza, Wol is waving, right next to me in RL, at the Kyoto train station, fresh from the plane!
Eliza Madrigal: 'this' as in SL, or 'this' as in PaB?
Eliza Madrigal: OH!!
Eliza Madrigal: ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::WAVING HAPPILY TO WOL:::::::::::::::::::::
Geo Solari: Both...
Eliza Madrigal: Hoping that flight was comfortable :)
Pema Pera: (Eliza, I'll let Wol type to you here for a moment:)
Eliza Madrigal: yay :)
Eliza Madrigal: hah fresh out of the air into SL
From here on, "Pema Pera" is really "Wol Euler", for a while at least:
Pema Pera: hello eliza! wol here, typing over Pema"s shoulder
Eliza Madrigal: How was your flight? I hope you slept...
Pema Pera: Japan is beautiful, warm and sunny today
Eliza Madrigal: dfficult to keep up with Pema and Kiremimi ;-)
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, lovely!
Eliza Madrigal: Welcoming you
Pema Pera: alas no, so I"m going to crash hideously in an hour or two
Rhiannon Dragoone: who is kiremimi?
Eliza Madrigal: Ah...
Pema Pera: Pema met me, we are in a hotel haveing lunch
Rhiannon Dragoone: I hear Japan is beautiful this time of year
Eliza Madrigal: ah, wonderful :)
At this point I again took control of my own avatar:
Pema Pera: sorry Rhia and Geo -- Pema being Piet now again
Eliza Madrigal: I don't mind taking the session Pema... maybe chat f2f a while
Rhiannon Dragoone: Piet?
Eliza Madrigal: heheh
Pema Pera: Wol is one of our oldtimer avatars in Play as Being
Eliza Madrigal: the many
Eliza Madrigal: Rhi has met Wol :)
Pema Pera: and so are Eliza and me (Piet in RL)
--BELL--
Rhiannon Dragoone: Yes, she was the one to ask me to sit or leave
Eliza Madrigal: ooooh I'm an oldtimer now....
Rhiannon Dragoone: That's why i'm askig all of you if its all right for me to enter the circle
Rhiannon Dragoone: Pema says it is, but i'd like to hear f rom Geo and you, Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: you aren't stuck today Rhi?
Rhiannon Dragoone: not this time
Rhiannon Dragoone: i have a full viewer for the next 40 minutes
Geo Solari: Excuse me, what does the 15 min bell mean?
Eliza Madrigal: For me that doesn't bother me very much, though in the middle of everything for even a clothed av sometimes feels intrusive
Pema Pera: and Wol just flew over to visit me in Kyoto, Japan; I just picked Wol up from the airport in Osaka
Rhiannon Dragoone: What do you mean? You don't want me to enter the circle, as it would be intrusive? That's ok. I will stay here
After these various distractions we returned to answer Geo's questions about Play as Being:
Eliza Madrigal: Thanks Geo.... the bell (which I clumsily just ran over) is a signal to pause for 90 seconds....
Eliza Madrigal: a micro meditation of sorts of share together and reflect on sometimes :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: hi Ewan!
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Ewan :)
Ewan Bonham: Hi folks!
Pema Pera: in RL we like to pause for (roughly) 9 seconds out of every fifteen minutes -- but here we do it for 90 seconds instead
Geo Solari: I see, thanks.
Pema Pera: and we have the opportunity here to talk about our experiences with taking those many tiny mini breaks in RL
Eliza Madrigal: as a way of keeping a sort of meditative continuity...
Geo Solari: How do you decide the subject of each discussion?
Pema Pera: some people like to do a form of meditation or yoga or tai chi or so for, say, half an hour a day -- what we are experimenting with is to instead take a few dozen tiny breaks each day, just a few seconds each
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Gaya! You are up late!
Pema Pera: hi Gaya!
Rhiannon Dragoone: Hi Gaya!
Pema Pera: and hi Eqan!
Rhiannon Dragoone: hi Susan!
Pema Pera: and Susan, great seeing you again too!
Rhiannon Dragoone: Hey, glad to see you here
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Susan :)
Gaya Ethaniel: Hello everyone :) Yes, I'm being naughty :P
Eliza Madrigal: haha
Rhiannon Dragoone: oh, nice top, Susan
Pema Pera: Wol is waving to Gaya and all the new arrivals, from RL, sitting next to Pema's typist in the Kyoto train station in Japan
Rhiannon Dragoone: I especially live the sleeves
Eliza Madrigal: Is Wol wearing black? :)
Eliza Madrigal giggles
Pema Pera: I'll let Wol type again, to greet Gaya et al:
Once more I handed control to Wol's typist:
Pema Pera: hello everyone!
Pema Pera: wol here
Rhiannon Dragoone: Hi Wol!
Eliza Madrigal: :::::waves again just as happily:::::
Pema Pera: and no, not wearing black, except for my bellybag
Eliza Madrigal smiles
Gaya Ethaniel waves to Wol :) Glad you arrived safely.
Susan Aloix: hi Eliza :)
Eliza Madrigal: HI Susan :))
Pema Pera waves back and grins happily
Pema Pera: ty
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Eliza Madrigal: Rhi is right.... really pretty sleeves and top!
Pema Pera: had a lovely cup of sencha tea, much better than what we get under that name in Germany
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, already diving in then!
Pema Pera: and a sandwich, and Pema had a huge slice of green cake\\
Susan Aloix: so hopes i'm not going to sit on anyone...got bad lag lol
Gaya Ethaniel: Sounds nice :)
Eliza Madrigal: green cake? hm... and eggs...?
Pema Pera: so far, quite wonderful
Pema Pera: very un-strange
Rhiannon Dragoone: hi Calvani!
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Calvino :)
Eliza Madrigal: Wol is waving from Japan through Pema , Cal :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: I'm sure ur fine, Susan
Pema Pera: hello cal, wol here
Rhiannon Dragoone: You'll get knocked off the person; i know, i did that once
Susan Aloix: lol ty Rhia
Susan Aloix: Hi Cal
Pema Pera: pema reading over my shoulder what I am saying in his name
Eliza Madrigal: haha
Calvino Rabeni: Hello Susan, everyone
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Eliza Madrigal: been a long time since a reversal...
And once again I return to take control of my own avatar, from here on:
Pema Pera: hi, Pema here back again as Pema :) sorry about the confusing role exchanges!
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: hi Edwnly!
Pema Pera: hi Ed!
Rhiannon Dragoone: What's a reversal?
Susan Aloix: wow...um hello pema
Rhiannon Dragoone: I'm so~confused!
Pema Pera: So Geo, apologies for all the RL distractions :-)
Back again to the introduction to Play as Being, for Geo and others new and interested:
Pema Pera: did it make some sense what I was just saying about micro-meditations, a few dozens a day?
Pema Pera: as an alternative for, say, half an hour a day as one session?
Susan Aloix: a few dozen...:) ...how long do the micro meditations go for?
Ewan Bonham: Pema...it makes sense to me...it is a reminder and brings me back inot a state of heightened awareness..
Eliza Madrigal: :) Ewan
Ewan Bonham: Does not take but an instant..:0
Rhiannon Dragoone: I find it helps to stop and breathe during the day
Geo Solari: I am not sure. I think that we actually meditate most of our time
Pema Pera: Susan, the original suggestion was 9 seconds -- more or less as a pun: 15 minutes contain 900 seconds, so 9 sec would be like a 1% "time tax" :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: Geo, well, we go into trances all of the time; whether we know it or not
Eliza Madrigal: difference between meditating and zoning out...
Rhiannon Dragoone: Eliza, well yeah. lmao
Susan Aloix: :) interesting.....i have been using a 3 min mediation through out the day recently.....found it interesting
Eliza Madrigal: oh, would like to hear about that susan...
Geo Solari: Eliza excuse me, what is zoning out?
Eliza Madrigal: to my thinking it would be not attentive....
Eliza Madrigal: something like that anyway
Susan Aloix: eliza....i have a notecard on them.....let me hand it over to you
Pema Pera: Well, I'm going to bring Wol to her sleeping quarters -- about time, after the jet lag.
Eliza Madrigal: thanks :)
Pema Pera: Sorry to leave a bit early today!
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Gaya Ethaniel: Have fun you two!
Pema Pera: Wol waving to everybody!
Eliza Madrigal: Okay, no worries. Enjoy your time together Pema and Wol!!!!
Rhiannon Dragoone: oh, bye Pema
At this point I left, so I will end my comments here.
--BELL--
Rhiannon Dragoone: Well, Pema was the only one to invite me to the circle, Eliza why would it be intrusive for me to come in? I just want to know; still trying to understand the group dynamic here.
Rhiannon Dragoone: This is a very unusual group
Rhiannon Dragoone: hi Nimis!
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, no sitting is okay Rhi.... was saying that 'in the middle of everything' felt intrusive....
Eliza Madrigal: circles are formed around the idea of inclusive sharing...
Rhiannon Dragoone: Eliza, yes, that's why i've felt excluded out here
Eliza Madrigal: HI NImis
Rhiannon Dragoone: Its one thing when i'm stuck
Gaya Ethaniel: hm ... you want to stand in the middle of the fountain Rhiannon?
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, come and sit Rhi... didn't mean to suggest you shouldn't actually
Rhiannon Dragoone: Gaya, no, i don't
Rhiannon Dragoone: I rezzed there once, and was asked to leave
Rhiannon Dragoone: Now, i'm a little shy about coming into the circle
Gaya Ethaniel: ah ok then sitting on cushions is fine of course :)
Eliza Madrigal: yes
Gaya Ethaniel: ah
Gaya Ethaniel: Thought you wanted to stand in the middle lol
Eliza Madrigal: Nimis, have you been to Play as Being before?
Rhiannon Dragoone: So when Eliza said it was intrusive for me to be in the middle of things, I thought I should stay here, but did feel like i couldn't properly share
Nimis Coage: no
Gaya Ethaniel: Please take a cushion then :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: Is that ok with everyone?
Gaya Ethaniel: I think both Elliza and I thought you wanted to stand in the middle of the pool >.<
Rhiannon Dragoone: Why would I want that? It's just that i was stuck there that one time, as I was on a text client
Eliza Madrigal: I was rather caught up in other conversations going on so I din't focus on that one issue...
Eliza Madrigal: so maybe wasn't completely clear in the way needed
Gaya Ethaniel: ah well honest misunderstand, please come and sit Rhiannon.
Gaya Ethaniel: misunderstanding*
Eliza Madrigal: So nice that Wol can be in Japan for instance, a life long dream!
Gaya Ethaniel: Yes :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: I mean, i'm fine standing off to the side behind you all, if that's what you want
Rhiannon Dragoone: Oh, I would love to visit Japan; so she's been saving up for this for a while?
Gaya Ethaniel: Well ... I personally prefer people sitting down but that's personal preference. It's up to you if you want to stand Rhiannon.
Eliza Madrigal: not sure all the details but know it is a wonderful trip
Eliza Madrigal: Geo, what did you mean by meditating all the time?
Rhiannon Dragoone: I just want what's comfortable for the group, Gaya
Gaya Ethaniel: I'm sure she will have wonderful time :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: oh, sounds like the adventure of a life time
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Gaya Ethaniel: How long is she there for you know?
Eliza Madrigal: a few weeks I think, Gaya... one week just wandering as I understand....
Gaya Ethaniel: nice :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: oh, that would be awesome
Eliza Madrigal: (hope I'm not misrepresenting and Pema can edit the log if so) hehe
Rhiannon Dragoone: hi Lucinda!
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Lucinda!
Gaya Ethaniel: Hello Lucinda :)
Susan Aloix: Hi Lucinda :)
Lucinda Lavender: HI everyone...greetings
Eliza Madrigal: Lucinda great to see you again
Geo Solari: I mean that all the time we try to concentrate our thougths and communicate But after the last 90 sec brake I feel that doing it together creates a kind of resonance in the team.
Gaya Ethaniel nods :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: That's kind of why i wanted to be in the circle with you all, to feel that resonance
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, yes wonderful way to describe that Geo
Rhiannon Dragoone: I think it can come out of the computer screen and connect us
Geo Solari: This feeling of resonance is a surprise for me...
Susan Aloix: eliza.......the instruction i got on the three minute meditation included ending with a question *what do i want to do now*...........perhaps we could try it here as a group?
Eliza Madrigal: Is it a surprise that in SL we can experience this?
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, nice idea Susan!
Susan Aloix: :)....< really would personally appreciate it
Rhiannon Dragoone: it surprised me at first, but i do think energies flow out of the computer, esp. when we are in3 D communication; didn't feel it as much on my text client
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Geo Solari: Eliza, for me, yes
Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: maybe we think about that before the upcoming pause...
Eliza Madrigal: (Susan's question) and then drop it when we're in the pause....
Eliza Madrigal: and then come out of the pause and give our thoughts :) or 'answer'
Eliza Madrigal: ?
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Susan Aloix: :)
Eliza Madrigal: *what do i want to do now*
Eliza Madrigal: ( ty :)
Susan Aloix: (yw)
--BELL--
Eliza Madrigal: :) Lovely...
Eliza Madrigal: Reports?
Susan Aloix: :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: it was nice doing this together as a group
Eliza Madrigal: yes, smiles
Rhiannon Dragoone: i feel an energy that went around the circle
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: thank you for letting me join in on it
Susan Aloix: well i didn't sit down and mediate....was moving around...conscious of the things on my table.......and when i came back here....i felt a desire to know the people here...perhaps just where they are from in the world...........
Eliza Madrigal: Nice idea.... similar to what I felt... sort of a profound happiness to find myself with warm and thoughtful friends at this juncture in life....
Eliza Madrigal: and I'm from Miami, FL :)
Susan Aloix: Oh cool ......Australia.......NSW :)
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Susan Aloix:
Eliza Madrigal: :))
Ewan Bonham: And I am from the other side of Fla...but enjoyed feeling your p[resence...right here..
Rhiannon Dragoone: I'm still feeling out the group, but i know a lot of you already and i could feel the flow
Calvino Rabeni: A couple of folks from Seattle
Susan Aloix: ahh :)
Lucinda Lavender: Seattle for me
Susan Aloix: You're not from seattle cal?
Susan Aloix: < was in Philadelphia in June this year.......
Calvino Rabeni: Yes, sometimes Seattle, sometimes Oregon
Susan Aloix: ahh nods
Eliza Madrigal: :)
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Eliza Madrigal: quite a few PaBers near Phily I think...
Lucinda Lavender: I am too distracted so I will go for now...getting ready for special things tomorrow. Wish I could stay, did not expect so many here:) Getting 2 kitties tomorrow.
Eliza Madrigal: my 'answer' to the question was that I set a kind of intention to dream clearly tonight and to remember tomorrow :)
Eliza Madrigal: Ohhhh, two kitties???
Lucinda Lavender: :)) yes
Eliza Madrigal: Next time tell us about them Luci :) wondering if one is black and white....
Gaya Ethaniel: Good night Lucinda :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: 2 kitties! Oh, now that's always a big deal
Rhiannon Dragoone: good night LUcinda
Lucinda Lavender: tell you about them soon:) good night and dream well.
Eliza Madrigal: Night :) Pleasant sleep
Susan Aloix: bye lucinda
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Susan Aloix:
Geo Solari: Is there anyone who is the "coordinator" of this discussion?
Calvino Rabeni: Its a "self organizing" system :)
Eliza Madrigal: :)
Gaya Ethaniel: heheh
Susan Aloix: lol
Eliza Madrigal: We do have guardians but Pema had a special visitor so... we let him off the hook, hah
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: well, isn't Eliza the host?
Rhiannon Dragoone: I'm as much a noobie as you, Geo, for this group
Geo Solari: I see... Sometimes structure in discussion could help develope our ideas betterto
Rhiannon Dragoone: And have gotten mixed messages about what its all about
Eliza Madrigal: yes, sometimes we have more structure than at others..
Rhiannon Dragoone: Geo, there were a couple of times where there was structure here
Eliza Madrigal: but for the most part we are a herd of cats :)
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Susan Aloix: lol reow
Eliza Madrigal: hehehe
Rhiannon Dragoone: Eliza, lmao
Calvino Rabeni: I think what its about, IS "mixed messages"
Rhiannon Dragoone: I've had up to 56 ppl in my group, talking about herds of cats
Geo Solari: I find this very interesting!
Gaya Ethaniel: lol Cal
Eliza Madrigal: Glad! You may enjoy the chaos.... from which comes a funny harmony at times :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: Cal, yeah, i guess so, as long as the ultimate one is acceptance of each other
Gaya Ethaniel nods @ Eliza :)
Calvino Rabeni: Something devoutly to be desired
Geo Solari: There is always a tension between chaos and structure.
Eliza Madrigal: yes :)
Calvino Rabeni: true
--BELL--
Ewan Bonham: Or between Chaos and ...no chaos...I think there is comfort in being flexible..:0
Eliza Madrigal: :) yes... form and emptiness....
Rhiannon Dragoone: well, cacophony as what i first experience, a more precise term; but it seems resolved to harmony
Geo Solari: Actually many times chaos is deterministic and low dimensional, so I agree!
Calvino Rabeni: assuming a shift in experience
Gaya Ethaniel: I should get back to bed ... good night everyone :)
Susan Aloix: not sure i follow geo.....would you say more?
Rhiannon Dragoone: nite Gaya
Susan Aloix: night gaya :)
Eliza Madrigal: Night Gaya :)
Geo Solari: I mean that complexity sometimes is only phenomenal. Some times complex things have a simple rule that can describe them
Eliza Madrigal: interesting Geo
Susan Aloix: (thinks geo is typing more..so waits) :)
Eliza Madrigal: :)
Geo Solari: Excuse me I become a little verbalist. There is the ancient greek sense of chaos and the deterministic sense of chaos...
Susan Aloix: nods.....interesting :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: well, chaos isn't exactly deterministic, Geo, it has probablistic structures, to be sure
Rhiannon Dragoone: And one of them indicates taht it may be more than random when a group comes together
Calvino Rabeni: That's what you might call a mathematical view of chaos I think
Susan Aloix: tip toes to the side and sips my tea......otherwise in danger of internal chaos........
Calvino Rabeni: which implies an external perspective
Eliza Madrigal: My dreams are creeping in.... like fog... think I'd better say Goodnight everyone, and thanks for an interesting evening
Calvino Rabeni: We could throw into the mix, an alchemical / taoist notion of chaos
Rhiannon Dragoone: good nite,Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: will be fun to read the rest of the chat log :)
Susan Aloix: Thanks eliza....dream well
Ewan Bonham: Nite Eliza..:)
Rhiannon Dragoone: i need to go too
Geo Solari: yes calvino. Low dimensional. I mean that a complex behavior can be described by only a few differential equations. Social phenomena sometimes fall in this category.
Eliza Madrigal: You too Susan :) Thank you
Rhiannon Dragoone: thank you all for having me
Eliza Madrigal: Night everyone, Namaste'
Calvino Rabeni: _/!\_
Nimis Coage: good night
Rhiannon Dragoone: good nite, Nimis
Susan Aloix: Namaste Rhia
Rhiannon Dragoone: namaste, Susan
Rhiannon Dragoone: And Geo, i'd love to discuss chaos theory with you
Rhiannon Dragoone: look me up sometime
Ewan Bonham: Nite Rhia
Geo Solari: Yes of course.
Rhiannon Dragoone: hi paradise
Rhiannon Dragoone: you know how to do that, Geo?
Rhiannon Dragoone: Just type my name in search
Paradise Tennant: hiya rhia :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: i'm just heading out, paradise
Paradise Tennant: smiles and waves all round
Susan Aloix: Hi Paradise
Rhiannon Dragoone: maybe i'll see you next time
Paradise Tennant: take care mamaste :)
Geo Solari: I have learned this! OK!
--BELL--
Paradise Tennant: smiles what are we talking of tonight :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: chaos theory i think
Calvino Rabeni: Now that you're here Paradise, there could well be a shift in all that
Rhiannon Dragoone waves and poofs
Geo Solari: Thank you all. I must leave. Hope I meet you again!
Paradise Tennant: smiles like chaos theory .. regularly proven by the state of the bottom of my purse :)
Paradise Tennant: the tendency toward disorder :)
Susan Aloix: Bye geo
Paradise Tennant: take care geo
Calvino Rabeni: I went to see the new "Harry Potter" movie ... I think the most memorable image is a bottomless purse
Susan Aloix: lol paradise.....proven by my bedroom on a saturday morning
Calvino Rabeni: you can reach down as deep as you like
Susan Aloix: lol
Calvino Rabeni: and depending on how far you reach, you get whatever you are reaching for
Paradise Tennant: smiles love harry potter .. just makes you smile knowing that with imagination a single mom on state support can become more wealthy than the queen of england :)
Calvino Rabeni: Yes that's great, I'll have to try it some time :)
Nimis Coage: i better be going too
Paradise Tennant: take care nimis
Nimis Coage: cy
Susan Aloix: Bye Minis
Susan Aloix: Nimis
Nimis Coage: Bye
Paradise Tennant: depending on how far you reach .you get whatever you are reaching for .. could also say depending how strongly you believe .. :)
Calvino Rabeni: if you believe with your hand and arm
Calvino Rabeni: Its virtual, meaning, it doesn't exist until the action of reaching for it
Paradise Tennant: magic/reality .. I think is a product of belief .. belief being the reaching :) the gelling
Calvino Rabeni: just like the world here behind you isn't actually rezzed yet
Calvino Rabeni: until you turn around
Paradise Tennant: smiles
Calvino Rabeni: and catch it in the act
Calvino Rabeni: unlike more familar RL perceptual world
Calvino Rabeni: which rezzes faster than we can usually catch it
Calvino Rabeni: due to a rather effective design principle
Paradise Tennant: smiles not sure if you are really quick you cannot see the blurry edges in rl :)
Calvino Rabeni: (makes personal note to self, to study online videos of Mr. Magoo)
Paradise Tennant: lol love mr magoo !
Calvino Rabeni: So do i
Calvino Rabeni: :)
Calvino Rabeni: Mr Magoo was like the Fool card in the Tarot, stepping off cliffs and onto his fantasy, always good-natured
Paradise Tennant: laid about today reading a very good book .. the power of your subconscious mind .. joseph murphy ..an early believer in the power of thought :) .. convinced me to be even more careful with my thought than I already am ;) it is the arm reaching into the bag ;)
--BELL--
Paradise Tennant: smiles yes always unflappable :)
Susan Aloix: :) lovely to be here......bye for now
Paradise Tennant: smiles take care susan namaste :)
Calvino Rabeni: _/!\_
Susan Aloix: Namaste Paradise tc
Calvino Rabeni: Susan :)
Susan Aloix: :) Namaste Cal
Paradise Tennant: smiles
Paradise Tennant: and eats a dark chocolate .. peppermint lindor truffle .. :)
Paradise Tennant: a taste this side of heaven :)
--BELL--
Ewan Bonham: Good night all..and thank you..:)
Calvino Rabeni: Good night Ewan
Paradise Tennant: good nite ewan :) namaste :)
Paradise Tennant: would you like to do a short meditation cal to wind down ?
Calvino Rabeni: Yes Paradise, I like that idea a lot ... how long?
Paradise Tennant: hmm say five or ten minutes :) would that be ok ?
Calvino Rabeni: Ten would be great
Paradise Tennant: smiles would you like to gong ?
Calvino Rabeni: Until 9:00PM?
Paradise Tennant: okies
Calvino Rabeni: When we hear the PAB bell
Paradise Tennant: ues
--BELL--
Calvino Rabeni: (ting)
Paradise Tennant: smiles
Paradise Tennant: thank you :)
Calvino Rabeni: that's refreshing .. like a mini vacation
Paradise Tennant: yes!
Paradise Tennant: stepping out :)
Calvino Rabeni: Thanks for suggesting :)
Calvino Rabeni: And fresher upon return :)
Paradise Tennant: smiles well it is the witching hour here .. time to walk the dog and go look at the moon :)
Calvino Rabeni: Its full isn't it
Calvino Rabeni: today I saw it rise as if on a flat pink cloud
Paradise Tennant: yes been big and brillant .. so close it is like you could touch it :)
Paradise Tennant: namaste cal :)
Calvino Rabeni: Good evening, take care, tell the dog "arooo"
Calvino Rabeni: _/!\_
Paradise Tennant: he love arooo .. he will send that one right back at you
Paradise Tennant: waves and poufs :)
