I didn't know how much Geo had or had not yet heard about Play as Being, at the previous visit, so I asked a question about that, but then the conversation became a bit more complicated, given that I started explaining to Eliza that Wol's typist was sitting next to me in RL.

Geo Solari: How do you decide the subject of each discussion?
Pema Pera: some people like to do a form of meditation or yoga or tai chi or so for, say, half an hour a day -- what we are experimenting with is to instead take a few dozen tiny breaks each day, just a few seconds each

Pema Pera: did it make some sense what I was just saying about micro-meditations, a few dozens a day?
Pema Pera: as an alternative for, say, half an hour a day as one session?
Susan Aloix: a few dozen...:) ...how long do the micro meditations go for?
Ewan Bonham: Pema...it makes sense to me...it is a reminder and brings me back inot a state of heightened awareness..

Geo Solari: I am not sure. I think that we actually meditate most of our time
Pema Pera: Susan, the original suggestion was 9 seconds -- more or less as a pun: 15 minutes contain 900 seconds, so 9 sec would be like a 1% "time tax" :)
Rhiannon Dragoone: Geo, well, we go into trances all of the time; whether we know it or not
