I sat alone in the pavilion for almost 15 minutes, a welcome respite from a busy day. Everyone started to arrive at once…

Tewair Faerye: somehow i don't feel so :) but might be i'm not that long in SL?
SophiaSharon Larnia: I rezzed in november, and ice skated alot, went ice skating earlier and thought about how long its been since then lol
Rosecrucian Roeth: Tewar, I have been in SL for a few years, yet I have not found it particularly interesting until I found Play as Being.

Rosecrucian Roeth: Eliza, maybe I have not spent as much time in delving into SL and most others, yet I find it very superficial in so many places.

Rosecrucian Roeth: Sophia, that is my problem at times too, I happen to find an interesting place and then can't find it again.

Rosecrucian Roeth: That ws her quote, and I think it is ver approprioate to today, particularly where we have so much energy consumption and so much of that which provides energy yet is irreplaceable.
Rosecrucian Roeth: We do consume much energy to be here, yet there is not yet a viable option that is affordable to permit us to communicate this wa.

Rosecrucian Roeth: That is also true Ewan. We are perhaps in a rather more emotional mod than a responsible mood right now, but that also is a viable point.

Rosecrucian Roeth: Personal energy can also drive the world, yet in a way that would preserve the linited stores of energy that we have and are using.
SophiaSharon Larnia: how does it drive the world Rose?
Rosecrucian Roeth: The problem I see right now is getting enough people to realize the power htey have, and not succomb to the pressures of the world powers to see it in ways that may not be best for the cintinued succes of our planet.
Ewan Bonham: Yes, Rose, this has a lot to do with what we value..
Rosecrucian Roeth: If I may digress for a moment, it may become apparent where I am coming from, adn if it doesn,t please feel free to let me know in no uncertain terms.
Ewan Bonham: I am steering more towards valuing this kind of discussion and other passtimes that re not material in nature..:)
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, i was thinking of something concrete to hold onto, I can say much in response, but most theoretical and not exactly scientific

Rosecrucian Roeth: Many years ago I was at a meeting a rink in small town Nova Scotia arranged by a preacher who may ro may not have been on TV at the time. What I found there adn wht I found almost scary was what happened to the crown ad the preacher preached.
Rosecrucian Roeth: What happened to the crowd, not crown, was that they became as one, adn I felt myself drawn into it and I did not feel as though I had control over myself. It is what is called the "mob mentality". I have never put myself in that kindof position again.

Rosecrucian Roeth: This is the type of power people have en masse, adn they do not realize it.

SophiaSharon Larnia: the first time I got a reiki treatment, I 'saw' in my mind, spirals of energy spinning from peoples heads, and got very frightened
Rosecrucian Roeth: The ones who realize it are the ones on stage who use it for ther own advantage, whether political, or otherwise.
