Archmage Atlantis: Well, having grown up with parents from the SE US, they say Whoooooooo
Archmage Atlantis: Spooky in the woods hanging with spanish moss

Calvino Rabeni: the ones around here say "ooooh - ooh-ooh-ooh- ooooh!"

Archmage Atlantis: here in the southern part of FL, the burrowing owl is endangered
Calvino Rabeni: they sound like the SL Owl
Calvino Rabeni: who shall remain nameless

Zen Arado: barn owls dying out here

Calvino Rabeni: Do you see them very often?
Zen Arado: no snakes even in Ireland
Archmage Atlantis: None may remain nameless.......names are given by others who name.....we rarely name ourselves

Archmage Atlantis: We have a black snake that suns on the driveway
Zen Arado: think we have some
Calvino Rabeni: that live in the ground
Zen Arado: red and grey
Archmage Atlantis: He's ok
Zen Arado: but one is taking over - can't remember which
Zen Arado: gophers no
Archmage Atlantis: Eats mice, rodents and other things that would get in the attic otherwise
Archmage Atlantis: This land is sacred........the seminoles did that by taking in the people of color

Archmage Atlantis: By being, Cal, by simply being......not asking, not expecting......just in being

Zen Arado: not taking what we are used to as the only way to live
Zen Arado: so many assumptions I find I have about life
Calvino Rabeni: There's more to life than "interest" I've been finding lately
Zen Arado: coming here has exposed me to my dogmatic prejudices in may areas

Zen Arado: I went to a group for disabled ppl last night
Zen Arado: some use wheelchairs in SL
Zen Arado: still find that hard to fathom
Zen Arado: but....

Zen Arado: I usually don't like disabled support groups
Zen Arado: they focus you too much on your disability
Zen Arado: I think
Archmage Atlantis: I understand
Zen Arado: I am not a disease
Zen Arado: don't see any need to identify myself with one either
Zen Arado: can be good to help others tho
Archmage Atlantis: Being gay is not a disease, being unable to drive safely is not a disease
Zen Arado: and I have been living with my disability so long
Archmage Atlantis: They only parts of self
Zen Arado: muscular dystrophy is a disease
