Wol Euler was guardian for this session.

    Wol Euler: morning alf.
    Alfred Kelberry: woly! :)
Alfred Kelberry: i missed you :)
    Wol Euler: awwwww
    Wol Euler: ty
Alfred Kelberry: good to see your latexness again :)
    Wol Euler: :)
Alfred Kelberry: last session was magical - art assignment avs :)
    Alfred Kelberry: do you participate?
Wol Euler: not yet, and I probably won't :( No time :((
    Wol Euler: brb
    Alfred Kelberry: ah, too bad
    --BELL--
Alfred Kelberry: you're so good with av appearance :)
    Wol Euler: back,sorry
Wol Euler: I'm so bad with "art"
Wol Euler: I somehow can't make myself think that my appearance here is "art"
Alfred Kelberry: sorry, i've been afk as well :)
Alfred Kelberry: it is art :)
Alfred Kelberry: to me at least
Wol Euler: the I guess I don't know what "art" means :)
Wol Euler: I suppose what I mean is that feels too easy, and easy feels not-art
Alfred Kelberry: let's see what a dictionary says... :)
    Wol Euler: yeah, yeah, yeah
Alfred Kelberry: "the products of human creativity"
Alfred Kelberry: ok, what is creativity? :)
Alfred Kelberry: another definition: the creation of beautiful or significant things
Alfred Kelberry: like your latex costume :)
    Wol Euler: :)
    Alfred Kelberry: gah... brb
Alfred Kelberry: i guess everyone is asleep
    Wol Euler: mm?
Alfred Kelberry: just you and me awake
    Wol Euler: ah
Wol Euler: yes, or at work
Alfred Kelberry: asleep at work? :)
    Wol Euler: that too!
    Alfred Kelberry: hehe
Alfred Kelberry: have you done it?
    Wol Euler: yes
    Alfred Kelberry: :)
Wol Euler: though never actually hit my head on the desk
Wol Euler: but I have definitely dozed off
Alfred Kelberry: yes, i've done it quite a few times :)
    Alfred Kelberry: meh! brb...
    Wol Euler: :)
    --BELL--
    Alfred Kelberry: shiny :)
    Wol Euler grins.
Bertram Jacobus: hey wol and alf ! :-)
    Wol Euler: hello bert!
    Wol Euler: cloudybert
    Alfred Kelberry: oi, berty
Alfred Kelberry: sorry, i'm not really here :)
    --BELL--
    Bertram Jacobus: still cloudy ?
Wol Euler: it's true, he's an empty box
    Wol Euler: no, rezzing
Bertram Jacobus: ic np - how are you today ? :-)
Wol Euler: fine so far :)
    Wol Euler: and yourself?
Bertram Jacobus: so far ... ;-)
Bertram Jacobus: similar - may be a bit better *grin*
Wol Euler grins. One never knows what the day holds in store.
Wol Euler: actually I thought it might get worse :)
Wol Euler: oh wait, I think I crossed tracks there. Ignore that last line
Bertram Jacobus: THAT'S right ! : me too pondered a lot about the unsureness the modern times brought us and how to handle it (!) ...
    Wol Euler: :)
Bertram Jacobus: and i found the conclusion not to worry too much about it - at least for now i found it - don't know whether i will be able to practise that "for ever" ... :-)
    Wol Euler nods.
Bertram Jacobus: ah ! this weekend i will be at a buddhist course - may be i can't cover my 7 am slot tomorrow (!) ...
Wol Euler: I can probably do that, but please announce it in the e-mail group.
Bertram Jacobus: ok ... ty (!)
Bertram Jacobus: i will do so ...
Wol Euler: what's teh course about?
Bertram Jacobus: amithabe - the buddha of the infinte light - tibetan practise ...
    Bertram Jacobus: amithaba
    Wol Euler: ah :)
Wol Euler: and practically speaking? a new meditation/practice?
Bertram Jacobus: i'm often astonished how much beliefs melted into many buddhist practices ...
Bertram Jacobus: not really only new to me. one of many i know already ... hm
Bertram Jacobus: one can practise the different practises all over the day. there are so many (!)
Bertram Jacobus: but - normally one talks with a teacher about the practises one does
    Wol Euler listens
Bertram Jacobus: i have my practices. free from believes and free in the amount i do. given from my teacher, already years ago
Bertram Jacobus: above that, i can do, am allowed to practise what ever i want
    Wol Euler nods.
Bertram Jacobus: but i'm a bit a lazy guy
Bertram Jacobus: not only related to that - hm
    Wol Euler grins.
Bertram Jacobus: there would be practices which possibly would help to develop quite something ...
Bertram Jacobus: but i'm mostly content with the practices i do
Wol Euler: so pehraps you are as developed as you need to be, this time around?
Bertram Jacobus: and, for example, i yesterday bought a book with the title "glück kommt selten allein". very good ... :-)
Bertram Jacobus: may be. yes wol. but i like to learn more. but in a way which shall be not too astonishing. had enough of that in my life now
Bertram Jacobus: you'll go to work now ?
    Wol Euler: very soon, yes.
    Bertram Jacobus: ok -
Bertram Jacobus: i have to drive 200 km to the course ...
    Wol Euler: wow
Bertram Jacobus: it's the house i sometimes already told about where it'll be ...
    --BELL--
    Wol Euler: ah, right
Wol Euler: so you know the way well :)
Wol Euler: so you know the way well :)
Bertram Jacobus: the situation there at the moment develops quite well (!) - may be, there will be a perspective for the next years and decades - would be so nice (!) ... and yes : i know the way quite well, you're right ! ... :-)
    Wol Euler smiles.
Wol Euler: well, I wish you learning without too much astonishment :)
Bertram Jacobus: oops - i meant exhaustion lol
    Wol Euler: ah :)
Wol Euler: both would work :)
Bertram Jacobus: i mix up those two words again and again. silly me
    Bertram Jacobus: and strange
Bertram Jacobus: may be interesting : the link between astonishment and exhaustion or the relation of both ...
Bertram Jacobus: i didn't meditate very much the last weeks - so did you too wol ? ;-)
Wol Euler: no, not at all to be honest
Bertram Jacobus: i thought so ...
Bertram Jacobus: but this "amithaba" practise is very different to silent meditation : it's much more imagination (!) - and that is what is called "tantra - practise" (imagination practice)
    Alfred Kelberry: meep-meep!
Bertram Jacobus: it's interesting : it's like putting some other pictures on the world as we do normally. a change of view ...
Wol Euler: ah, well :) I've been doing a lot of imagining recently, so if that counts as meditation ... :)
Bertram Jacobus: wb alfi ? :-)
    Alfred Kelberry: um, no
Alfred Kelberry: actually, i'm off now
Wol Euler: :) bye alf, enjoy the day.
    Wol Euler: stay bosy.
    Wol Euler: *bosy
Alfred Kelberry: it's been nice having you here :)
    Wol Euler: **boxy
Wol Euler: it was fun being had :)
Bertram Jacobus: hehe. i don't know. lol. to me it's a bit strange to call all that "meditation", becuase in my fist years of those paths i was used to call only those more quiet practices to call "meditation" - hm
Bertram Jacobus: bye alfi ! ...
Alfred Kelberry: bosy? ok... woly, be at work in an hour. and don't be late.
    Wol Euler: :)
    Wol Euler: yes sir!
    Alfred Kelberry: :P
Alfred Kelberry: ok, bye guys :)
Bertram Jacobus: ah. now i know : he's your boss or a mate ! :-)
Wol Euler: neither, just a sl buddy :)
Wol Euler: that was just a tiny bit of RP .)
Bertram Jacobus: hehe. hm - he makes secrets out of his first life. it's ok, but can make curious ... ;-)
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler points to the "first life" page of her profile
Bertram Jacobus: he is also a she !? ... *g*
Wol Euler: alf was originally female, yes, but found that she wasn't being taken seriously on science forums :-/
    Wol Euler: so switched
Bertram Jacobus: with another avatar ? before ?
Wol Euler: which is pretty damned sad, I think.
    Wol Euler: yes, anohter av
Bertram Jacobus: hm. i would call that "crazy" not be taken serious because one is a woman
Wol Euler: agreed, but ... shrugs
    Bertram Jacobus: wouldn't accept that
Bertram Jacobus: but that may show also : being accepted seems to be importnat for most - many - us - all ?
Wol Euler: well, that is alf's presentaton of it. Perhaps what he means is that she was tired of being propositioned :-)
    Wol Euler: oh yes
Wol Euler: it makes a huge diffrence
Bertram Jacobus: may be because in my family my mother never had such problems - i'm so relaxed with that topic ...
    --BELL--
Bertram Jacobus: there was never a difference in being accepted, serousity, freedom and whatever between my mother and my father ...
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: as it shold be
Bertram Jacobus: for me that is a normal perspective i have from that
Bertram Jacobus: and i'm very lucky and thakful for it
Bertram Jacobus: because i hear - some others have problems with it *giggle*
    Wol Euler: mmhmm
Bertram Jacobus: and an intersting example for how unnesseccairy that is (!)
Bertram Jacobus: we must not have them
    Bertram Jacobus: such problems
Bertram Jacobus: although others may have them
Bertram Jacobus: even if life seems to carry some of that into our spaces
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: hard to escape the influence of people around us
Bertram Jacobus: not in this case for me
Wol Euler: we can just be aware of that influence and resist it
Bertram Jacobus: that's what i mean : what a nice example to be free from all that !
Wol Euler: well, I meant the negativity that arises, not that I would take on thteir viewpoint.
Bertram Jacobus: i really feel totally free from that problems - as far as it is imaginable (!) for a human being ...
Bertram Jacobus: or something like that ... :-)
    Bertram Jacobus: simply happy
    Bertram Jacobus: and it's "automatic"
    Wol Euler smiles.
Bertram Jacobus: i don't have to do anything for it
Bertram Jacobus: i think, such views arise more and more when we are on a good way ...
    Bertram Jacobus: holistic developing
    Wol Euler: agreed
Wol Euler: it makes a virtuous circle, good enforces good
    Bertram Jacobus: circle ... hmm ... ;-)
Wol Euler sighs. But I should start getting ready for work.
Bertram Jacobus: it's interesting i find, that such action-reaction patterns can be disturbed at all ! normally one could think, they couldn't be broken on a simply physical basis ... hm
Wol Euler: happy travels, bert, and have a great weekend at the course.
Bertram Jacobus: yes sir. nevertheless i wish you a very nice day - may be better then you exspect ! :-)
    Wol Euler: :)
    Wol Euler: ty
Bertram Jacobus: ty bye wol and ty for your company !
    Wol Euler: bye for now
Wol Euler: and btw since I'm female, that should be "yes ma'am" not sir :)
    Bertram Jacobus: arghs
    Wol Euler: :)))
    Wol Euler: bfn
