I am who I am
flowing and ever changing
I am who I am
looking always for new
I am who I am
listening for the flaw
I am who I am
moving forward
I am who I am
and that doesn't mean
that I'm static
or set in my ways

A little pause ... and then a continuation. That is the way I work. I've never been a role model of day-on-day consistency!
My weight is, however, consistently going down. Mrs. Storm cooked yesterday for a change after we cleaned out the freezer. Cleaning? More like mining! Anyway she discovered an ingredient I'd have no clue how to prepare, so she did that while I watched the Super Bowl and munched on onion bhajis.

I scrambled things up today a bit, trying to get back into a daily routine with Chi Gong in the morning, a short (too short) meditation in the afternoon followed by Tai Chi (13:00 minutes fast today) Hope to get more in the groove tomorrow and for the next 79 days
3am a lonely kitty wants to gently purr on chest. A great puzzlement over mad at being awaken or happy at the purring.

Missed another day here yesterday; the end of day (when I usually write here) disappeared like a glimpsed dream 'gone' over the horizon; but maybe there's a bit of something waiting to be recognized in that -- our earnest efforts for care and love to self and others can seem to vanish but not really as they are just 'over the horizon'. This potential thought suggested by a (night) dream from which I arose refreshed and eager for the day.
My 20 minute morning meditation at O.F. brought a special claity on something that has been preoccupying me. Seems this is the time in the week when things become clearer, especially when my brain is freshly washed by 8 hours of sleep. Memories of loving conversations warmed my heart and gave me courage to persist in my burrowing down into the core of the matter.
