Meditated in the evening.

Took a look at what happens to my body when I start to weave happenings into stories. I have not found what makes this activity so captivating yet.

And deep into the weekend for me
Hardly aware that I did not check in here yesterday
So much to process and to think about this weekend in an unfamiiar setting
That I feel a bit off balance, only half here.

Adding a second 'thought' -- musing how connectingly the thoughts of Wester, Eden, Eliza and Catrina could be read in today's posting: weaving voices/thoughts/body and mind/ voices with the community.

A friend was over and as we were BBQ'ing dinner she asked for some Tai Chi lessons which I obliged.
Although she does yoga, Tai Chi was new to her except watching me from time to time when she would visit. We did a bit of standing meditation and breathing and standing properly before proceeding with some chi Gong exercises.

The Lamb n the grille was done before we got too far, so we ate, listened to some music and went out for a night of Jazz at a local bar.
