Meditated in the evening. I put it off when I had time for it, and then had to find time when I had other things to do. Not optimal.
Can meditation actually be interrupted? I know it feels that way, but isn't that because I let it? Or maybe the only thing that can really be interrupted is grasping (and the other kleshas). Food for thought. Funnily, these thoughts are much more interesting during meditation than afterwards.
