Meditated in the morning. Allow the body to rise and fall to the rhythm of the breath. Are morning meditations easier/lighter than evening meditations? Possibly. Is this a reason to try to meditate in the morning rather than in the evening? No.

It's nice to have thought of something to say here about my meditation before I start meditating. That way, I don't really have an excuse to think words and stories during my meditation. And of course, I often end up saying something quite different than I thought of here.

    Humbled by all I forget
    and that is forgotten,

    all I don't see,
    don't acknowledge

    Humbled by unique fatigue
    outroversion slicing counter

    to cravings toward inwardness
seen, heard, pleased to be -

in ways I'd given up on, yet
    still precarious

    Always Precariously,

First day of spring: blustry, but mostly sunny.
Perhaps the forecast for ongoing internal weather
With all its various tempests and calms.
Ever changing tho' sometimes one yearns for a
quiet tropical beach in the sun.

Several days of high anxiety, trying hard to just push through.
Grateful for the fun distraction of working on the treasure hunt today

Short evening meditation, focusing on APAPB (or tonight's PaB session)
    Short Chi Gong series
    Leisurely Tai Chi, very relaxing
Tai Chi class tomorrow, saw teacher on Facebook, talking about local restaurants with her
... Thinking about Monday's iChing reading... looks like it saw good things ahead (Establishing the New) , just didn't expect it to occur within days. :) I'll know more tomorrow.
