Meditated in the morning, after the "15 days exploration", with a small pause in between. I experimented with my gaze. First turn it in, focusing on an empty point one or two meters in front of me. Settle into the meditation, taking a few minutes to do so. Then unfold my gaze, as far as it can go without getting lost.
I saw moving branches in the garden. I automatically empathized with them. Then that became a thought. Then I thought that there isn't that much difference between synchronizing with your body or thinking about things with your mind. Somehow, I was reminded of this: http://xkcd.com/1163/
