Back into practice I'd abandoned, or I thought had abandoned me.

Day 70 finds our group apparently dwindling, perhaps as other interests arise
While I find myself wondering if I will reach my 'goal'(just 29 days left)
Witnessing how rapidly the days roll by, and how 'standing in one place' I can feel.

Grateful for your taking the moment to check in here Maxine, and wondering whether it has helped with the self-care originally thought of. This becomes almost an invisible place I guess, the way morning hellos might fade in comparison with the rest of a day.
