I must not go to bed at 2:45am and think I can get up 3 hours later. Again.

Or think I can do any sensible 99 project work if this keeps happening. [rolls eyes]

"so predictable"... I am? Or you are? Is that good or bad? And how do you get to be a good predictor?
I did metta today at school as I was waiting for my son to finish keyboard class.
Its great that I have it on my phone - it was the perfect thing to do - sitting there as the kids and teachers rush about - and me listening to the metta mp3. Thanks Storm :)
Meditated in the evening. It is easier to meditate in the morning, but it is very hard to get up earlier to meditate, so if I don't have to get up in the morning for another reason, I do it in the evening.
Allowed my bones to align themselves, to the rhythm of my breath.
I'm here, (sort of)
I wish the moment of peace I can find in meditation from time to time could carry over
maybe this can only be achieved by this "practice" everyone keeps harping on about :)
Sisterly love being shared amongst us -- Aph with her sister, several 'sisters' sharing such with Druth.
I feel grateful to share that warmth, while smiling at Storm's nearly sleepless time, which I know so well.
And we all seem to stomp with Eden's elephant....

(incredibly immersive photo Eden!)
Received sisterly love by phone today - a rare and beautiful thing. Funny how it's taken over 50 years before we have reached this stage.
