(beautiful haiku, Eden... all, but this one touched me especially)
In a cafe' today - not so crowded - all of Miami rushing out to walk around in the too-seldom
cold air. At the house, hammers and nails, scrubbing and packing. How strangely easy it all
seems in this snapshot moment.
did 25 min before breaking down and glancing at the clock, then realized that I'd set the alarm for the start of the meditation instead of the end :)
all in all I'm getting better at the duration part
having a growing tendency to daydream though, the human body (and mind it seems) isn't linear in how it does things, beginner's luck, back sliding etc, all natural and to be expected
Sometimes losing weight seems a grind. But then sometimes, EVERYTHING seems a grind! Still, even if I've not lost any more for a day or two, I've not gained anything either. Exactly the same, at 272.

Thank you Druth for an amazing night out
Meditated in the kitchen, and found it a pretty good place to do so.
The meditation did not do much to improve my patience with my husband afterwards though.
