Meditated in the evening. An attempt to meditate in the afternoon wasn't finished because my husband came home, an attempt earlier in the afternoon wasn't started because I decided to help my husband clean the kitchen instead. All good opportunities to observe my own reactions.
Eldest son showed me a VG called Journey which I'd not heard of before. Found it quite amazing, none of the usual hacking, slashing or shooting game kids all seem to love, instead a solitary figure wanders and sometimes flies through the landscape, beginning in a desert and ending in snow amid mountains. Once again I find the notions of 'Wilderness' exhilarating and don't know why.
::: Thundering into the brain
::: Clears a bright new path
I recall my early adolescent days
When I was amazed that my boots
Left footprints in the snow
