    Meditated in the morning.

Now that I'm paying attention, I'm seeing a lot of unwillingness in myself to be interrupted doing anything. It does not have to be interesting, it does not have to be worthwhile, but if I'm in the middle of it I don't want to be interrupted.

I also noted that my husband is very good at interrupting me when I'm getting completely carried away on a train of thought, and while that can be immensely irritating, it also is one of the things I love him for. I have to be careful not to lose sight of that appreciation.

That is a wonderfully warm and inspiring observation about your husband Wester. Thank you so much for that!

Mid-evening standing meditation for about 6 minutes,( I set my alarm for 10 minutes but I was far to optimistic) followed by Chi Gong 100 stretching and joint focused exercises.

Tai Chi for a lovely 15 minutes with only limited cat interaction, quite peaceful tonight

Taking a bath wrapped in various pieces of plastic to stop dressings getting wet is fun first time. But subsequent times? Well, perhaps "chore" is just an attitude of mind.
