Eliza Madrigal: sometimes I feel pangs of guilt when I don't comment on the amazing or even ordinary things people share in 99 days: I've been learning a lot from reading Wester - but does she know that? probably not
[true in many directions - thank you, everyone, checking in, every day]
Today I am grateful for good friends with big ears, a sister who knows when to put me in my place and amazing children who teach me about myself every day, and a husband who shows me to myself in so many ways. For this weeks topic of love which moves us and sustains us all in all that we do.
Agreeing with Eliza who offers gratitude to everyone for the daily efforts and insights
And how often we feel that gratitude but do not say it outright.
A bit slower, a bit softer and there is time for that gratitude for others
And for oneself.
Grateful for distractions and interruptions that help me learn to keep my mental equilibrium.
