Meditated in the evening.
Focused on the gaps between in-breath and out-breath. This almost automatically made me "breathe" through my hands and feet. The gap after the out-breath can become quite large, the gap after the in-breath not so much.

Grateful to snug up on the couch with blanket and computer.

::: Severing the bonds

Ease of "I love you" between my sister and me, after months of circling around. She asked why I was paying so much for car repairs and then laughed and said "I would have lied... but after, asked for forgiveness." We're funny creatures. :) edited 00:08, 3 Apr 2013

Intense conversation with someone I have felt intimidated by for several years
Trying to be sincere receiving her concerns and letting her know my own.
After a time feeling the chill warm, possibilities linger
But cautiously, cautiously. Her lightened tone seemed promising, but I wonder about my openness and the visions in the middle of the night.
Exhausted!
