Although I wasn't sleepy, the same heaviness that was there yesterday was still in my body. I allowed it to sink even more, which after a few minutes caused my arms to rise.
Lots of interesting thoughts coming round. Thoughts are more difficult to just let be without either grabbing them or pushing them away than bodily sensations. They move, they pull you in. Try next time to zoom out, look at the space around the thought.
I meditated a bit before lunch (7 minutes) , more of an active unfocused standing meditation but even that quieted things down for me today. I them did my tai chi form which took about 17:30 minutes today.
Eliza Madrigal: what I can't stop thinking about is the way that Eden's reading tapped into something very deep
Eliza Madrigal: we were sort of softening day by day I guess....
Eliza Madrigal: and then beautiful, skillful, lovely poems were being read...
Eliza Madrigal: and this openness just sort of poured from her
Xirana Oximoxi: yes
Eliza Madrigal: and many have remarked on having a very personal response
Xirana Oximoxi: I have the video of Eden reading ...and it is 'moving' every time I have seen it
Xiri sent many links in emails, but just in case: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9clf-qXLJTA edited 20:12, 8 Apr 2013

Speaking increasingly quietly and more intimately about death
And transformation...
