Qt Core: nice to see you too, quite good, starting a new day quietly

Bertram Jacobus: it's so nice : the change between action and peace ...

Bertram Jacobus: being able to have both

Qt Core: having the time to feel the body and brain slowly come online ;-) i can go from sleep to action in few minutes, but this way is better

Qt Core: (don't even know how to do that)

Bertram Jacobus: okay - so may be - when nobody else comes - will try to grab it - and hope, that wol helps me later to put it on the wiki ... ;-)

Qt Core: yeah, that last part is the problem, clicking the pool center is the easy part ;-)

Bertram Jacobus: i did it once or twice but then stopped again because of my fears to do things wrongly or not perfect enough ... my own patterns ...

Qt Core: i usually can't standit too much, but here i can and enjoy it

Bertram Jacobus: i wrote pema a mail yesterday saying ty for all this here - looks like many of us have big benefits i begin guessing ... :-)

Qt Core: yes

Qt Core: sometimes i have doubts about my partecipation in pab as i'm not very involved or having to few knowkledge/experience about meditation or spirituality but i'm enjoying this too much to leave ;-)

Bertram Jacobus: it's wonderful qt ! "the mix makes it" (!) - that's one part of pab i feel : the openness to all individuals with all they have and are and live etc ...

Bertram Jacobus: i'm convinced that only two things are "necessairy" to have optimal life -

Bertram Jacobus: and that is doing good - as good as one can and may be steadily increasing that, without stressing oneself and
