Funny, Wester, to see you creating this page the same second I did. :-) I'm now using your page. This morning another quiet sit. It is great to see, for better or worse, how we are creatures of habit. Now that I have been sitting every day for half an hour, for the last six weeks or so, I don't seriously ask myself whether or not to sit, when I'm busy (or don't feel like it, or whatever usual excuse comes up), as I did during the first few weeks. Now it's just part of my routine.
I just read Eos' "me seeing, me as crow as Being seeing"; and as soon as I read it, the Being seeing took over where I am now sitting, with a cup of coffee in a cozy corner, various people, no crows, one cat, all Being. edited 11:18, 18 Dec 2011

Sitting meditation right after coming out of bed. When I come straight from my bed, standing meditation is more difficult, I tend to get dizzy.

The bardo days are nearing their end. For the next "rebirth", I will probably take a resolution to write more. I am less sure how that is supposed to work than the last 99 days, it will have to be more experimental.

Hi pema, nice to be on this page at the same time! edited 14:39, 18 Dec 2011

At 16:05, hanging a miniature Dutch porcelain doll in the Christmas tree, catching the cat eating a thread of red wool, hearing the pop of sparkling Vouvray wine. #timestamp edited 21:31, 18 Dec 2011

Very full and busy day. Did have time for a brief sit and a practice walk. Otherwise in and out of presentness, being there, being open. A nod to the cat in the cozy corner, all Being.
