It surprised me how much gentleness there is in the Spiritual Warrior's path.

today newly struck by "to them that have shall more be given" in the context of enoughness ... recognition for what is near at hand, all around... revealed and unknown.... no need to open anything, but for opening to open itself... always something to offer.

Attention goes to flash of colour and motion through the trees. It's something moving in the water. Looking up, there's a runner, source of the reflection. Reality echoing and folding all around.
