Quiet, almost silent day, after morning practice which was also silent in a dream-like way. Various modes of "awaring" (nice Eosism!) mingling, playing with each other.

John O'Donahue was mentioned to me twice today. Good Irish poet but I am not so keen on his spirituality of divinity and souls...but I like this quote ; “Real friendship or love is not manufactured or achieved by an act of will or intention. Friendship is always an act of recognition.”

Diamond sparkles glistened in the virtual air this morning, and in RL the rest of the day... Days ago gold and red leaves on the RL ground were the rose petals scattered on the SL snow globe dome floor ... Many thresholds of what may be similar to something said of Dickens, that his writing often had "a hallucinatory quality." :::::looks for Eden and Wester, smiles thinking of so many Eosisms, and also read a bit of O'Donahue today, with appreciation::::

Some echoes of Pema's silent modes, though often in some sort of spaghetti of occupations. Walk to work, and then after work, after a rush of activities, 20 minutes sitting in the evening. Kind of a batten down the hatches feeling throughout, space tensing like a water dragon.
