One of those days, where I woke up in the morning with a number of insights about how I can simplify my life and at the same time be more open to others. The two so clearly go together . . . .
And yes, zen, to seeing our minds continuing its habits, like strategising. When I was younger I expected to get over that sort of thing, when growing older. Now that I'm older, I find that I keep making the same mistakes, but rather than it taking months or weeks to see them and laugh about them, it now often takes only a few minutes or just a few seconds. :-) edited 03:10, 19 Feb 2012
A walk in the woods today, through the monastery of phenomenality. Attention drops to the feet, as the senses rise. Walking alone, walking with everything. Somehow not doing is greater purpose.
