So my arm moving and your arm moving ...all just movements of nature we have learned to put a possessive conceptual overlay on? No difference really..hmmm.
Perhaps shapes, colors, movements and sensations are still conceptual ideas, on a somewhat subtler level; and perhaps even the notion of any experience at all, harking back as it does to an experiencer is conceptual addition and addiction . . . . as for my morning practice, I thought about life as a retreat:
Sitting in the morning sun
I'll be sitting when the evening comes
Watching time roll in
And I watch time roll away again
Sitting on the dock of Being
