The Five Aggregates are empty. Emptiness means everything depends on everything else for its existence so there is no essence in anything. Can't find many who agree with me (this apparent me) though.

Temperatures in Princeton in the seventies, amazing in early March. Watching buds budding, people smiling, sun shining, and emptiness opening. :-)

Many blooms at once on a miniature rose bush that I'd not glanced at in a while... light pink... thought of Eden ... so openly sharing joys and heartbreaks with friends ... sending such love.

A short evening meditation and and practice the last part of what I recently learned in Tai Chi Class. Finding with the complex moves, over time, sometimes months, the complexity dissolves into knowing simplicity, even if you haven't mastered the details, the parts slowly begins to fall into place. For instance, the first part of this 3 part yang series took me a year to learn and now 5 minutes (if I move slow enough) to execute, daily and still I'm getting better with each day.
