Standing meditation. I found out it doesn't work to breathe TO the throat, as that makes my breath shallower. What I can do, is allow my breath going through the throat open it up a bit more every time. Different mechanics than breathing to most other parts of the body. Visualize my throat as a big flexible pipe expanding with every breath going through.
There is also something going on just beneath my shoulder blades, but I can't work on that at the same time as my throat.
I am going to travel a short bit by train today. I'll see if I can write in that time.
Something needling me about clutter and baggage lately. The things I don't need but won't get rid of in my apartment...the conditioned baggage I bring with from RL into SL...the baggage I drag around with me every day from the past.... Letting go of 'knowing.' Maybe I am seeing that living in the present isn't as easy as I thought.

Washed out by waves of dark energy. A red bird flies through the snowstorm and perches on a branch in the window. The sparkle of color shifts my mood: I feel a burst of joy in my heart. #timestamp
Walking across the bridge this morning the railroad bridge is bathed in yellow light from the morning sun. The water beneath glistens and sparkles as the yellow reflection dances in the fast moving current. I am struck with the different experience/reality of the same trip in a car or a bicycle or on foot. It is the same place but perceived so differently as if a completely differnt place.
Tai Chi Class this morning (make up sessions). One more class in this series tomorrow evening. Quite crowded for the morning class, Last time I tried one there were two of us, today there were 10. The trials of success. Was shown nice Qui Gong sequence and the next move in the form I am learning, more to come.
It may be the in-between time, but intense and stressful at work. Stress, and rider of that, maybe not separate, not two, not one or the other. Not sticky is no escape.
