    Today Pema was a split second earlier in creating today's page. Using his page now.

    10 minutes of prostrations. When I found my thoughts keeping on coming back to a particular situation that I find it difficult to be grateful for, I just sat for a minute, opening this up in my mind. Next time remember to use the breathing more in the opening up.

    Ah, our access conflict may be what suddenly threw the system into a long wait state (or meditation state)? (^_^) /me waves to Wester in the West from the Far East.

    A long morning. I treated myself to a leisurely few hours of prolonged practice, before I finally went to work around noon. I mainly explored space and time: the space of spaces and the way that time is presented to us in the present.     Prioritizing...think I'll have to give up attempt to play guitar...too much time needed and my left hand getting weaker if anything. Still chatting too much...have a chat addiction maybe :(
    But managed a short meditation late evening as well as morning period. Notice how much busier my mind is in the evening.

    Experimented with pausing at the end of other people's sentences. Including when watching the CBC news anchorman interviewing the Prime Minister. Could try it on the sentences of this page :-)
