Today I continued my practice of looking for frustration/friction, anything that deviates from wu-wei. The more I looked, the more I found, and I enjoyed viewing each one as signposts to drop/stop and remind myself of the open empty nature of everything. Friction can act like a natural alarm clock. :-)
A humble bumblebee's bee's knees business: one hour walk by the frozen river on slippery ground, energy exercices and visualizations, 20 minutes meditation. Lunch, then writing this and I'm about to start working on my book. It's 13:22. #timestamp
