Yakuzza Lethecus: when i came online this morning i asked a friend of mine why she's already online, she's german and told me that she didn't go to bed :), she was dancing with an american guy and of course for him it wasn't even midnight

Yakuzza Lethecus: the preservation of contacts can have a really negative influence on our biorhytm i suppose

Yakuzza Lethecus: over different timezones

Yakuzza Lethecus: susan, maybe you should buy one of these coolingpad's

Yakuzza Lethecus: so this week was my first workweek again, so i only met a lot of new ppl during my virtual vacation :P

Yakuzza Lethecus: at least i can preserve these contacts even when i am not travelling

Yakuzza Lethecus: it's weired on the one hand side i often think that it would be nice to travel more on the other hand what am i doing it exactly for, i am not a fan of those "get drunk or roast in the sun vacations"

Yakuzza Lethecus: but to fly to like nova scotia is also expensive even tho the sensity with those contacts is great

Yakuzza Lethecus: still i wait for the stuttgart retreat

Scathach Rhiadra: the Stutgard retreat should be similar, I mean the place and length of staty, so it may be better than the Malta retreat too:)

Yakuzza Lethecus: i mean i don't have too much money so i would never fly to like the states "only" for a retreat

Selene Northman: yes in Hamil Hampstead near London

Selene Northman: it was a buddhist retreat

Selene Northman: how about you?

Yakuzza Lethecus: i have only been to an play as being retreat on malta in january

Yakuzza Lethecus: but it was really dense and interesting

Scathach Rhiadra: um...no, far too much talking for me, I prefer buddhist retreats:)

Selene Northman: I can perfectly understand :)

Yakuzza Lethecus: i mean pab here and pab retreat is totally different

Yakuzza Lethecus: the regular pab sessions are chat most of the time, some ppl really can bring up good subjects and keep em alive

Yakuzza Lethecus: i don't really count myself to those

Yakuzza Lethecus: so i often hope that ppl with more experience somehow activate their sharing mode :)

Scathach Rhiadra: It seems to me that one of the problems is that practice is personal

Selene Northman: well it always depends on the poeple who are taking part in here
