Agatha Macbeth: It would be interesting to know what it is that attracts people to PaB in the first place

Adams Rubble: My only concern about guardians is that I wish there was some kind of record of people being dropped from the rolls
 

Eliza Madrigal: I've not really invited someone to join in more sessions... it has always been watching to see how/why they participate and then inviting to be a guardian. Wonder if sometimes there is an inbetween
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, Adams there could be. We're about to undertake the second 'sweeping'
Eliza Madrigal: which is basically just emailing and asking people if they are still interested in being part of PaB, etc
Agatha Macbeth:In my case, it was purely by chance, but others come by word of mouth, and others by looking for certain values in Search
Adams Rubble: It could be noted in the Chroncles
Eliza Madrigal: and if they are, they stay :)

Eos Amaterasu: wondering re guardian role including willingness to sometimes be there regularly - some people may be into PaB deeply, but not in that regular-show-up way

Agatha Macbeth: In some cases, people may not be able to make many sessions due to RL commitments

Eliza Madrigal: There is a kind of 'in between' place now too, due to time sessions which have their own group in a way...
Adams Rubble: I would think the question of why people come to PaB might be very relevant to the kinds of discusions that take place in PaB
Eliza Madrigal: so some want to post reports but aren't necessarily guardians yet
Agatha Macbeth: Oh, I can come to the time session this week btw :)

Agatha Macbeth: Yes, looking at the Wiki i notice we still have some GoC slots not filled. Perhaps some 'new blood' could rectify this, so to speak?

Eos Amaterasu: it seems "dynamically" assigning new guardians every week is part of what is happening
Agatha Macbeth: The Tuesday 1300 slot is particularly awkward because it clashes with the Dream Workshop
Eliza Madrigal: yes, which is interesting. Sometimes I wonder if having assigned spots doesn't freeze things at times as people go to sessions they are 'used to'
Eliza Madrigal: I mean, of course we need to do that
Eliza Madrigal: but good to mix things up too

Eos Amaterasu: so at least the wiki part of the experience can be made more flexible

Eliza Madrigal: as a way for those who have less time (all the time or some times) to get a gist of the strings
