    --BELL--

    Eliza Madrigal: and you
    Lucinda Lavender: ah...
    Lucinda Lavender: thank you
Lucinda Lavender: a few friends who came over for the memorial from Hawaii came for tea this afternoon
Lucinda Lavender: very nice. they have been gone perhaps a year
    Eliza Madrigal: being brought together
Lucinda Lavender: Standing next to someone in choir makes for a special relationship
Lucinda Lavender: glad they are here
    Lucinda Lavender: blending
Eliza Madrigal: singing is a very open experience... exposing your hearts together I guess?
    Lucinda Lavender: yes!
Lucinda Lavender: making the same vowel sounds together is a kind of being in itself
Eliza Madrigal: wow, I think I understand
Lucinda Lavender: I think it increases the remembering of dreams
Eliza Madrigal: I was just reading in fact... a few minutes ago, about waking in the morning with "Ahhhh"
    Lucinda Lavender: oh!
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
Eliza Madrigal: that is what I was reading about
    Eliza Madrigal: hahah
    Lucinda Lavender: hmmm
Eliza Madrigal: but the link to sound and dreaming is interesting
Eliza Madrigal: do you have practice with that?
Lucinda Lavender: I read a book called Being and Vibration...by Joseph Rael...
    adoro Rhapsody: hello ladies
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi adoro :)
    Lucinda Lavender: Hi Adoro!
adoro Rhapsody: nice to meet you both
Lucinda Lavender: I do not have a practice except singing...

    adoro Rhapsody: like lóreal
    adoro Rhapsody: l'oreal
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
adoro Rhapsody: its a kind of emancipation
Lucinda Lavender: don't know that term l'oreal...except as a make up!
adoro Rhapsody: not only for women
    adoro Rhapsody: autonomy by innovation
Eliza Madrigal: Lucinda, did you have a chance to read the time session? I know you've had company...
adoro Rhapsody: thats where i dremt of
Eliza Madrigal: but I thought you might find it interesting :)

    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Cal :)
    Lucinda Lavender: good evening cal!
    adoro Rhapsody: bye cal
    adoro Rhapsody: or hi cal
Eliza Madrigal: Well, just that we had such a Bach 'string' all the way through...
    Lucinda Lavender: Really!...
    Lucinda Lavender: so interesting...
adoro Rhapsody: i wanna pay attention to the next url:
Eliza Madrigal: Yes, it really was... so when you arrived in the next session with your teacher's links and talk of his daughter performing... it was just so touching
Lucinda Lavender: which one is that ?
    Lucinda Lavender: url...?

    adoro Rhapsody: www.ecolutions.nl/index_eng.php
Lucinda Lavender: yes Eliza.. I see
adoro Rhapsody: its about autonomy by innovation
adoro Rhapsody: its almost like a wet dream
    adoro Rhapsody: sorry ladies
Eliza Madrigal thinks adoro has had a few ;-)
    Lucinda Lavender: ah!
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
adoro Rhapsody: but i had to state this
Lucinda Lavender: I will check it out ...
Eliza Madrigal: whatever floats your boat
    Eliza Madrigal: heheh

    Eliza Madrigal smiles
    adoro Rhapsody: hi stevenaia
    Lucinda Lavender: Hi Steve
    stevenaia Michinaga: hi Adoro, gtsy
stevenaia Michinaga: and everyone else, I didn;t mean to sneak in
Calvino Rabeni: Let me know if you spot a really good part, Lucinda
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Stevee :))
stevenaia Michinaga: reading time sessin as well
    Lucinda Lavender: ok
adoro Rhapsody: i like the Japanese outfit of Luci lavender
Eliza Madrigal: funny... gathering to read...
    Lucinda Lavender: thanks
    stevenaia Michinaga: an active quiet
    Eliza Madrigal: nice Steve!
    adoro Rhapsody: active listening
    adoro Rhapsody: is an art
Lucinda Lavender: I like what Maxine says about the inner negative voices
Eliza Madrigal: we give rise to those voices it seems... in many ways...
adoro Rhapsody: but when we want balance
stevenaia Michinaga: what question. homework was posed to generate such intensity, was this Being Seen?
    Eliza Madrigal: yes :)
adoro Rhapsody: we have to give rise to the positive inner things too
Eliza Madrigal: The "Reality Check" chapter
Eliza Madrigal: adoro good point... was just musing whether this is what makes singing, mantra... vibration.. so powerful
    adoro Rhapsody: of course
adoro Rhapsody:everything what is in balance thats is attractive
    stevenaia Michinaga: hello Paradise
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Paradise :)
    adoro Rhapsody: hi paradise
    Lucinda Lavender: Hi Paradise:)
Paradise Tennant: smiles hiya steve eliza lucinda adoro cal :)
    adoro Rhapsody: join the club
Eliza Madrigal: Being Seen practice is so subtle... it was a few days before it hit me that I'd stirred up some things ...
    Lucinda Lavender: ah! like what...
    adoro Rhapsody: wow
adoro Rhapsody: what an appearance paradise
Eliza Madrigal: difficult to describe actually... sadnesses I guess...
Eliza Madrigal: seeing that Id chosen to let things go but hadn't quite released my hold
Eliza Madrigal: that kind of thing :)
    Paradise Tennant: listens
adoro Rhapsody: but beauty gives another focus
    Lucinda Lavender: yes
Eliza Madrigal: lots of little mournings to do as we go through life...
Eliza Madrigal: and then there are the larger ones ((( )))
adoro Rhapsody: it takes u away of the daily troubles
    Lucinda Lavender: yes adoro
    Lucinda Lavender: beauty
adoro Rhapsody: so u can see it in other perspective
Calvino Rabeni: What do you think the metaphor of "daily bread" means?
Eliza Madrigal: but the practice actually had quite a bit of sweetness at the end.... yes, inviting
adoro Rhapsody: you ladies are daily beauty
Eliza Madrigal: interesting question Cal.... nourishments...
    Calvino Rabeni: manna?
Paradise Tennant: could you say more about being seen practice eliza :)
    adoro Rhapsody: eye candy
adoro Rhapsody: yes we want more
Lucinda Lavender: somehow I see the bread as expressing many stages of participation.
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    adoro Rhapsody: thats interesting view
    --BELL--

Eliza Madrigal: oh, very nice Lucinda
adoro Rhapsody: producing and / or consuming ?
    adoro Rhapsody: co-creation ?
Lucinda Lavender: seeds, to the actual loaf..
Eliza Madrigal: the two tie together in an interesting way... daily bread and being seen...
Calvino Rabeni: I remember that bread is communally made and communally eaten - and its the generic term for communion with people - "breaking bread" together
adoro Rhapsody: so you can also give seeds for beauty
Calvino Rabeni: So it's a very communal meaning
Eliza Madrigal: thinking of the forest, and the practice of not trying to 'see the forest' but allowing yourself to be seen... by all the creatures but by the forest itself... being not separate
adoro Rhapsody: so must be seeds for wheat
Calvino Rabeni: All the forest creatures see us more than we see them
Eliza Madrigal: not putting up distractions
    adoro Rhapsody: exhibition(ista) ?
Calvino Rabeni: By distractions, do you mean shields?
Eliza Madrigal: yes, sure... diversions... red herrings
    adoro Rhapsody: or walls ?
    Calvino Rabeni: Yes, right :)
adoro Rhapsody: another bread in the wall ?
Eliza Madrigal: just staying 'with and in' the openness seems such a simple thing to do...
    adoro Rhapsody: ok
adoro Rhapsody: we dont need no daily bread
Lucinda Lavender: growth is all around...
adoro Rhapsody: when we can make it our selves
Lucinda Lavender: in the forest and the wheat.
Eliza Madrigal: Paradise, just a pointer to the chapter where Pema talks about it at the end...
    adoro Rhapsody: autonomy was first
    Eliza Madrigal: http://wiki.playasbeing.org/PaB_Books/Magic_of_Time/Chapter_3%3a_Magic%2c_a_Reality_Check
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, nice linking Lucinda :)))
    Alfred Kelberry: oi :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Alfred :) Oi
adoro Rhapsody: hi out of th box
    stevenaia Michinaga: hello Alfred
Alfred Kelberry: good to see you all :)
Eliza Madrigal: not past your bedtime?
    adoro Rhapsody: dont be shy
    adoro Rhapsody: enjoy our community
Paradise Tennant: hello alfred :) great av!
Alfred Kelberry: this boxy can operate prolonged hours :)
    Eliza Madrigal: hehe
adoro Rhapsody: we share our daily ideas
Alfred Kelberry: thank you, paradise :)
Eliza Madrigal: just don't go in the rain :)
adoro Rhapsody: we try to think out of the box
Alfred Kelberry: there's no box :)
adoro Rhapsody: so we might get you out of your box
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
adoro Rhapsody: its seems on the outside
    Eliza Madrigal: "What box?"
    adoro Rhapsody: his outfit
Eliza Madrigal: (adoro is sleepwalking alfred)
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
    adoro Rhapsody: no sleeptalking
Alfred Kelberry: we think that there's a box, then there's no box
    Lucinda Lavender: then there is?
adoro Rhapsody: ok the opposit of believing
Eliza Madrigal: there is a box, then enlightenment, then a box
adoro Rhapsody: what u see is not what u get
adoro Rhapsody: the new business model
Paradise Tennant: smiles at the box ..no box :)
adoro Rhapsody: nothing is what it seems
    Paradise Tennant: box?
Alfred Kelberry: i like this example: don't think of an elephant! what did you just imagine? :)
    adoro Rhapsody: sox ?
Lucinda Lavender: We made a box robot at school today...
Lucinda Lavender: we named it shiny megatron
    adoro Rhapsody: nice
    adoro Rhapsody: nice
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, sweet Lucinda :))
    Ewan Bonham: Hi folks.

Alfred Kelberry: luci, i'd like to see the pictures :)
Lucinda Lavender: it had foil bangs!
    Paradise Tennant: smiles!
Eliza Madrigal: they could 'not' see the elephant too paradise
    Eliza Madrigal: foil bangs? hehe
Lucinda Lavender: well next week I will photograph him if he is still there
    Alfred Kelberry: boil fangs
    Eliza Madrigal: wb Ewan
adoro Rhapsody: ewan is gone ?
    adoro Rhapsody: o wb
Lucinda Lavender: making the robot created alot of space in the cupboard
Alfred Kelberry: i like swapping the first letters and see what happens
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
Eliza Madrigal: I like dinners like that... just see what one has and throw it together
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Lucinda Lavender: and add apricots whenever possible
Eliza Madrigal: tonight I made oatmeal with mushrooms, onions, almonds, and cheese
Eliza Madrigal: not sure apricots would have played nicely
    Eliza Madrigal: hahah
    Alfred Kelberry: culinary adventure :)
    adoro Rhapsody: wow
    adoro Rhapsody: sounds good
    Lucinda Lavender: :)))our daily bread
    Eliza Madrigal: Yes :)
adoro Rhapsody: but u talk about producing
    adoro Rhapsody: not consuming
    --BELL--
Alfred Kelberry: has anyone seen how a little cow eats an apricot? :)
    adoro Rhapsody: not yet
Lucinda Lavender: that I would like to see...
adoro Rhapsody: is it on youtube ?
Eliza Madrigal: not many little cows in Miami
adoro Rhapsody: but maybe in china ?
    Ewan Bonham: :))

    adoro Rhapsody: active listening
    Lucinda Lavender: dancing!
adoro Rhapsody: dancing in the rain
    adoro Rhapsody: rodeao
Alfred Kelberry: it's so funny. it takes it and starts chewing. you wait and wonder where did the seed go. and she chews... and chews... and then the seed quietly falls off her side of the mouth :)
    adoro Rhapsody: rodeao
    adoro Rhapsody: deo
    Lucinda Lavender: very adept then...

Lucinda Lavender:  and in the breasts
    Alfred Kelberry: plant beings, hmm
    Alfred Kelberry: plants are green
adoro Rhapsody: all colours have different energies ?
Lucinda Lavender: the plants express more of themselves through the seeds
Lucinda Lavender: and through nursing too
    adoro Rhapsody: ok
adoro Rhapsody: but auto is self
adoro Rhapsody: nursing is by or to other
    --BELL--
Lucinda Lavender: I guess you could say they have different energies

Lucinda Lavender: There is a system I study and it sees the meanings in larger pictures than what we are used to hearing
Lucinda Lavender: I look at the colors of dreams through this system
Lucinda Lavender: dreaming magenta might be something helpful for me to know
Lucinda Lavender: if I see magenta eyes in my dream
Lucinda Lavender: has anyone seen an intense color in their dream of late?
Ewan Bonham: I see purple very often.
    Lucinda Lavender: ah me too

Lucinda Lavender: between blue and indigo
    adoro Rhapsody: ok
