Qt Core: i spent several hours reading about the trek date formats... they spent so much time trying to give some semse to numbers mostly picked up randomly

Nymf Hathaway: Well for me in the netherlands goes... seasons and indeed hours of the sun tell you which part of the day it is (I can see it by the way the sun stands for example).... but I wonder how such is when you live where Star is

Stargate Tone: well; most of them ppl in Finland do follow the clock with there mind, but sure noone can stop completely the effect of sun to be 'around' or not

Stargate Tone: but as human being has 'it's' own 'time'; not tight to earth or sun or space...

Nymf Hathaway: I agree on that Star... but living in reality (kids need to go to school in time etc etc) we cannot always escape such :(

Stargate Tone: but late years it's been more and more so, that ppl are awake late to the night also in the winter, and have probs to follow the time of society more and more by time

Moon Fargis: many people see days..back then 200 years ago more peacefull

Moon Fargis: but becasue not everyone had a clock

Moon Fargis: they went up when sund rised and went down as it falls

Qt Core: they start around 21:15 21:30 now here

Stargate Tone: ah and in Finland it happened looooooong time ago, that many jobs has the 'sliding time' that people may chooce when to start there working day

Stargate Tone: ah; that sunday shopping has been the reason for huge fights here in Finland

Stargate Tone: well; the main prob is our law that sunday work is at least 'double hour' concerning the payment

Nymf Hathaway: we see them leave here in teams :( only to have supermarkets

Stargate Tone: and most of the people wants to have free sundays

Stargate Tone: but some people likes to work less and get the 'same' payment, and dont care of the calendar

Qt Core: double pay wopuld be needed on YOUR rest day, not necessarly sundays, muslims would like to work sundays and rest on fridays i suppose for example

Stargate Tone: ah yes; like they do in there 'own' countries; the sunday is the working day

Qt Core: we will have some pb on saturdays then as jews, muslims and catholic have it a (semi) festive ;-)

Nymf Hathaway: I was pregnant with a daughter and standing outside to watch the geminids

Nymf Hathaway: My sister was standing next to me and my husband (now an ex) was standing next to her

Nymf Hathaway: out of the sky a tiny light came... fast... it went through my body (for just a sec... I felt completely happy and at peace) than it left me... went into my sister.... whom experienced exactly the same and after her it went up into the sky again
