The Guardian for this meeting was Eliza Madrigal. The comments are by Eliza Madrigal who was joined by Calvino, Eden, Eos, Paradise, and Vertigo. In this session we continued a discussion about '100 accomplishments', which led into forgiveness, triggers, forgetfulness, Appreciation, dream poetry, and authentic confidence...

    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Eden! :)
Eden Haiku: Hi Eliza! Nice to see you ;-)
Eliza Madrigal: Thanks so much. Pema took my Christmas morning slot, so I'm filling in tonight :)
Eliza Madrigal: All well and wonderful?
    --BELL--
Eliza Madrigal: I just zoomed in to read your tshirt, how nice!
Eden Haiku: Yes, a bit tired...
    Eden Haiku: And you?
Eliza Madrigal nods... can relate to that :)
Eliza Madrigal: I'm to number 50, btw, on the 100 accomplishments list.
Eden Haiku: Yes. A Divine Mother t-shirt ;-) Help ever Hurt never: good program isn'it? 50! Very good!
Eden Haiku: I'm glad you are doing it. I did mine this morning.
    Eliza Madrigal: Finished?
Eliza Madrigal: So now that would be an accomplishment, too
Eden Haiku: Yep! I moved this year so I had a lot of: I switched telephone companies, I changed postal addresses etc
Eden Haiku: Lots of little accomplishments. And a few big ones too ;-)
Eden Haiku: Found my New Year resolution too...
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Oh?
Eden Haiku: Burning to share it with you;-)
    Eliza Madrigal: !!!
    Calvino Rabeni: :)

Eden Haiku: In 2010, I will travel light of heart.

Eliza Madrigal: Oooooooh! Beautiful Beautiful, Eden
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Cal :)
Eden Haiku: Thanks. I like it too!
    Eden Haiku: Hi Calvino.
    Eliza Madrigal: Light Heart, hmmm
    Calvino Rabeni: hi E's !
    Eden Haiku: ;-)
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Eden Haiku: We are talking about listing 100 of our accomplishments this past year.
Eliza Madrigal: What does that mean to you Eden, if you would elaborate?
Calvino Rabeni: That would give self a little push :)
Eden Haiku: To travel light is first literal...Not carrying too much stuff on a trip. But also..
Eden Haiku: Yes, it feels very good to do that. And 100 is not that difficult.Little things as well as bigger things.
Eden Haiku: So to travel light. But also light of heart. Not carrying resentments, loaded memories and so on.
Eliza Madrigal: Yes, last time Eden gave an example which I loved, and which encouraged me to try it... which was 'not saying "I told you so" to a relative :)
Eden Haiku: I had an epiphany about resentment this morning.
Eden Haiku: Very good snugget way of saying it Eliza.
Eden Haiku: Not snugget, sorry. In a nutshell rather...
Eliza Madrigal: I love that idea Eden... not carrying resentments. If we aren't attentive, it seems those things can jump on just as a matter of moving through life...
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Would you like to share one of your accomplishments Eliza?
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, I'd like to hear your epiphany :)
Calvino Rabeni: curious about your epi also :)
Eden Haiku: Ok, epiphany. I would love to be able to make a synthesis the way you do. ..
    Eden Haiku: Let me try...
Eden Haiku: While you choose one tiny tiny accomplishments on your actual list of 50? ;-)
    Eliza Madrigal: heeh, okay
Eden Haiku: Would you like to share one of yours with us Calvino?
Calvino Rabeni: (stalls for time) hmmmm

    --BELL--

    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Calvino Rabeni: I noticed it is hard to think small
Calvino Rabeni: OK, one accomplishment, I decided to memorize a story that people would like, then perform it to a group I know, and they did like it
Eden Haiku: My epiphany. So the context: a running joke between my boyfriend and I. Me requesting he says he's sorry for hurtful things he did like years ago. I have this loooooong memory of little hurts and I keep mental lists of them. On this Greek island, when we were 20, you left me all alone for 2 long hours while you were looking for a place to stay...Things like that. Silly or more serious.
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, very nice Cal! That seems a stepping out.. stretching
Eden Haiku: That is an excellent accomplishment Calvino! Thanks.
    Calvino Rabeni: y w
Eliza Madrigal: :) I am smiling at your description Eden... so real the loops we can get caught up in, in relationships
Eden Haiku: But we get into big fights about the more serious stuff...I'm the one who gets angry. He's cool. But hey, he is the sinner...
    Eliza Madrigal: :)))
Eliza Madrigal: Well, I hope not too serious... seems you've been together a long time?
Eliza Madrigal: And seems important to be comfortable enough to ask for apologies... even when you might feel it better not to need them :)
Eden Haiku: We had an agreement that he would say sorry for all the little things by Christmas. Yes, we have been together for a loooooong time. We are gettig along very well. But, then...
Eden Haiku: See, it takes me a long time to reach a point.
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, yes I understand that
Eliza Madrigal: So asking for the apologies took a bit to work out then...
Eden Haiku: So this morning, he kneels by the bed saying he's going to ask for my forgiveness (he is joking, he's a very funny man)
Eliza Madrigal: and does he get to do the same?
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: I had my breakfast in bed (served by him) and I felt magnanimous.
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, he's smart, too
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
Calvino Rabeni: A "keeper", eh :)
Eliza Madrigal: A nice way to go into the New Year though... clear of all that
Eden Haiku: So as I said: you are forgiven. And he really meant it.And it came to me in a flash: why keeping tabs? I will just let it all go. For ever. And I did like that!
Eden Haiku: I really meant it, I mean
    Eliza Madrigal: Yay!
    Calvino Rabeni: A fresh slate.
Eliza Madrigal: Funny how one can carry something for years and then just... drop... like that
Eden Haiku: he said: the black bird has transformed into a little deer.
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Calvino Rabeni: I try to give my partner a credit ... for future transgressions :)
Eden Haiku: I felt a burden was off my chest.
Eliza Madrigal: Hm, so you have set the stage for my sharing my one accomplishment. It was actually the catalyst for my remembering your list and beginning my own...
Eliza Madrigal: I found myself in an awful phone call yesterday...
    Eden Haiku: yes?
Eliza Madrigal: and I'd like to say I didn't react to it, but I did... for a long time...
Eliza Madrigal: then at some point there came a nice space around what was going on...
    Eden Haiku: It happens...
    Eden Haiku: A space?
Eliza Madrigal: and I found myself apologizing to the person who was basically attacking me... using the holiday to bring up years and years of things....
    Eden Haiku: Wow!
Eliza Madrigal: I wasn't apologizing for things in the way they wanted... but I realized that there is ALWAYS something to apologize for...
Eliza Madrigal: so I started apologizing for everything I could think of
Eliza Madrigal: and I started to kind of inwardly giggle
Eliza Madrigal: and couldn't stay upset
    Eden Haiku: Amazing Eliza.
Eliza Madrigal: By the time I got off the phone, we were talking sweetly and they were telling me how much they cared,,,
Eliza Madrigal: It was an astounding turn
Eden Haiku: I like the way you say a nice space appeared...
Eliza Madrigal: I then felt myself beginning to get upset about it after the fact... and then thought of your list :)
Eliza Madrigal: So that was number 1
Eden Haiku: Upset after the fact?

    --BELL--

Eliza Madrigal: yes... after I was off the phone, a familiar wheel of "Why can't__ be this way or that?" came up
Eliza Madrigal: It was resentment, trying to hop on board...
Eliza Madrigal: and I needed a tool to hold it off until it released all the way... the list gave me that :) Thank you
Eliza Madrigal: Unfortunately, I think many people go through those kinds of things on the holidays... it can be such a time of pressure...
Eden Haiku: Thank you for sharing Eliza. This is precious. You make me understand how spaces can open up suddenly and then we can transcend our limited ways, automatic responses and so on.
Eliza Madrigal: triggering people's desires and frustrations

    Triggers

Eliza Madrigal: Yes, that space is key! That space seems also key when we step out in brave ways, performing and such?
Eden Haiku: Yes, the Holidays bring up lots of triggers.
Eden Haiku: Yes, jumping in as we do here in the 9 secs/90 secs, daring awareness.
Eliza Madrigal: And even in sharing. It seems a personal thing, but it is really what we all go through in various ways... players may be different, etc
    Eliza Madrigal: Ooo Daring Awareness!
Calvino Rabeni: I will add to my list, that a trigger happened, then I undid it.
    Eliza Madrigal: Just now? :)
Calvino Rabeni: Yesterday, with a family member
Eliza Madrigal: This seems what it is all about... we can't show compassion when we are stuck
    Eden Haiku: listening
Eliza Madrigal: and there are myriad opportunities for getting stuck
Calvino Rabeni: I was stuck, I found a new trick to get close to someone
Calvino Rabeni: Whatever it takes :)
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, like that! A new trick
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal pictures a magician's hat full of compassion tricks
    Calvino Rabeni: Handy little kit.
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Eos! :)
    Eden Haiku: Hi Eos!
Eos Amaterasu: Slowly rezzing, hi Eliza, Eden Calvino
Eliza Madrigal: We've been talking about not holding resentments, and tricks for doing such :)
    Calvino Rabeni: Eos :)
Eden Haiku: We have been talking about making lists of 100 of our accomplishments in the past year.
Eliza Madrigal: (That's one trick, hehe)
Eliza Madrigal: Eos, do you do anything similar?
Eden Haiku: That is also a way of showering loving kindness on ourselves.
    Eliza Madrigal: MMM yes :)
Eos Amaterasu: I have never made a list of 100 accomplishments
Eliza Madrigal: When we are blissful it is difficult to be caught up in holding grudges
Eos Amaterasu: ah, how not to carry resentment
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: resentments are energy vampires
Eos Amaterasu: I guess billsfull qua confident, or resting in confidence which isn't waffled by praise or blame
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, yes... when we feel abundant, coming from an authentic confidence, it is easy to be generous...
Eliza Madrigal: even if we can objectively say that the situation or reasoning is a bit screwy? heh
Eos Amaterasu: authentic confidence... willing to give up everything....
Eos Amaterasu: not necessarily so easy, or at least you notice more what you're not willing to give up
    Eliza Madrigal: Ah, true
Eden Haiku: yes and it is good to remind ourselves of all the little tiny accomplishments we did during the whole year. It feels the heart with contentment. Maybe my book was not such a success but hey, I did not forget to change my address at the insurance company...
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Eos Amaterasu: bow to all the little things

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: A wonderful novel by Indian writer Arundahti Roy 'God of Small Things'. ;-)
Eliza Madrigal: Most of the things we do are little things... most of the time we 'spend' is not a major event but time between...
    Eden Haiku: Yes, very true.
Eos Amaterasu: it's the "meanwhile" time
Eliza Madrigal: yes! the time being :)
Eden Haiku: And happiness comes also in little chunks. A rose, a snowfall, the purring of a cat...
    Eliza Madrigal: little pleasures
Eos Amaterasu: purrfection in little package
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
    Eden Haiku: ;-)

Eden Haiku: The story you were talking about Calvino, would you care to share it with us?
Eden Haiku: The one you memorized?
Eliza Madrigal: :) likes that idea
Calvino Rabeni: hmm, is very long, and lots of tone to it.
Eden Haiku: Maybe it is a funny story. Maybe a sad one. We do not know...
Calvino Rabeni: But I will a poem
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: A poem is fine.;-)
    Calvino Rabeni: just a minute
Eliza Madrigal: a poem is often a tiny thing, that can be a whole world :)
    Calvino Rabeni:

    ''Dream of Today''

When I woke up this morning,
I noticed I was still dreaming.
    It was a normal day.
    Am I a lost soul? I asked.

    "No
    - It's the ordinary you that has been wandering.
You have been on a long journey.
    It is called, your Life."

    Calvino Rabeni: ...
    Eden Haiku: <am >
Eliza Madrigal smiles. Thank you, Calvino... it has the feel of layers, you watching you
Calvino Rabeni: I have a dream poet
Eden Haiku: reminds me of the wandering ghosts realm of TIbetan buddhism.
Eliza Madrigal: a dream poet? Say more?
Calvino Rabeni: who composed that one - yes, perhaps from a bardo realm
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, that you wake up with poetry? Lovely
Calvino Rabeni: as I was passing from sleep to wake, the poem appeared
Calvino Rabeni: in the in-between place
    Eden Haiku: Nice!
Calvino Rabeni: Boom, all at once
    Eliza Madrigal likes that place
Eliza Madrigal: as I like this one
    Eden Haiku: ;-)
    Eos Amaterasu: the ordinary you
Eos Amaterasu: the dreamtime is always with us
    Calvino Rabeni: indeed
Calvino Rabeni: watching, commenting perhaps, on the antics of the ordinary me
Eden Haiku: We can travel all states in a flash can't we?
    Eos Amaterasu: we do
Calvino Rabeni: or have them at once together
Eliza Madrigal: hm, yes.. seems a more natural way to live than stark compartmentalizing
Eden Haiku: Sometimes when I have my eyes closed, I still can see.
Eliza Madrigal: sometimes more clearly :) </am>

Calvino Rabeni: There is a story - I forget the details - that when you are born, some spirit hypnotizes you to forget all you know, and see things one-at-a-time.
Calvino Rabeni: Does that remind anyone ?
Eliza Madrigal: the dream of forgetting
Eos Amaterasu: sounds like the state vector
Eliza Madrigal: But no, I didn't know the story before
Calvino Rabeni: (makes mental note to find it somewhere)
Eden Haiku: The Lethe River of greek mythology is supposed to erase all your memories of past lives and other worlds when you cross it to be born.
Calvino Rabeni: It explains the trance of forgetfulness we call waking life
Eliza Madrigal: Lately when engaging in apapb, everything seems memory... like touching and tasting and hearing... are all memory in some way
Calvino Rabeni: Perhaps that is it Eden
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
Eden Haiku: 'Our little life is but a dream rounded with some sleep.'
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eos Amaterasu: truth : a-letheia - coming out of hiddenness
    Calvino Rabeni: lethargy
    Eliza Madrigal: hmm

    --BELL--

    Calvino Rabeni: state of sleep
Eos Amaterasu: (Eliza) nostalgia for the present....
Eliza Madrigal: Might dropping resentment be a kind of intentional forgetting?
Calvino Rabeni: but when they call it "sleep", it is a little exaggeration, no?
Eliza Madrigal: Ahh, Eos that's wonderful
Eden Haiku: Bathing in the waters of Lethe to be reborn.
Eos Amaterasu: I've found the unintentional forgetting when deep in the throes of emotion to be a kind of wake up : ie, you momentarily forget why you resent, or are angry, jealous, .....
    Eden Haiku: Lethe means «Forgetfulness».
Eos Amaterasu: then you find yourself scrambing to recreate reasons
    Eden Haiku: yes..
    Eliza Madrigal: Oh, Cal poofed...
    Vertigo Ethaniel: greetings everyone
    Vertigo Ethaniel bows
Paradise Tennant: hiya vertigo :) wb cal :)
Eliza Madrigal: Eos, yes that is so similar to something we talked about earlier.. that one can get through a tough thing, perhaps let go of something, but then feel it trying to latch back on, as it were
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Paradise! Vertigo!
Eliza Madrigal: Vertigo, I believe you've been to Play as Being before?
Eos Amaterasu: Hi Para, Vert, wb Cal
Paradise Tennant: :) greetings everyone :)
Vertigo Ethaniel: yes, quite a few times
Vertigo Ethaniel: been a while, however
Vertigo Ethaniel: many new faces :)
Eliza Madrigal: Yes, great. Just double checking to make sure that you know we record our chats. :) Nice to meet you
    Eden Haiku: Hi Vertigo.
    Vertigo Ethaniel nods
Eliza Madrigal: We were talking about going into the New Year with a 'light heart' :)
Calvino Rabeni: Good to meet you Vertigo
Eliza Madrigal: (but of course other topics would be welcome)
Eos Amaterasu: or at least knowig that a light heart is possible in a moment, though it might get overlapped by ... recurring stuff.....
    Paradise Tennant: yes
Eden Haiku: Oh, hello Paradise, I had not seen you yet ;-) (I thought the others were all dreaming...)
    Paradise Tennant: ;
    Eos Amaterasu: heh heh
    Paradise Tennant: hiya eden :)
Eliza Madrigal smiles and nods... yes recurring stuff.... like holidays :)
Eos Amaterasu: Eden and Paradise :-)
    Paradise Tennant: :)
Eden Haiku: We are kind of cousins she and I ;-)
    Eliza Madrigal: yes?
    Paradise Tennant: yes
    Paradise Tennant: canadian cousins
Eden Haiku: By name I mean Eliza...My brother lives in a place called Paradise in Newfoundland. I find this utterly funny.
Eliza Madrigal often dreams of paradise... hehe... though not "Paradise the av" yet :)
    Paradise Tennant: :)
Eliza Madrigal: haha, that's great... little overlaps :)

We need to just become aware...

Eden Haiku: How did you pick that avatars's name Paradise?
Paradise Tennant: sort of a buddhist play on words ..we are all in paradise we need to just become aware of it :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: We can see it more clearly when our heart is light perhaps :)
Eden Haiku: Ah! Mine was from a little girl attending a poetry reading in Montreal. About 7 years old, doing her homework in the bar. I asked her her name. She said Eden. Firts time I ever heard that name. She was from Israel.
    Paradise Tennant: lovely name
Eliza Madrigal: Oh you'd not heard "Eden" before? Wow... in place context, does seem another overlap for you and paradise
Eden Haiku: I'M so curious about names. Anyone else would like to share why they called themselves what they are called?
Eden Haiku: I mean Eden as a first name, I knew about the garden, sure ;-)
Eliza Madrigal 's reason is rather ordinary... My middle name is Beth and I missed the Eliza. Also, I like the way it sounds... 'Ah' at the end, etc :)
    Eos Amaterasu: & Madrigal?
Calvino Rabeni: Do you sit in the garden to compose Haiku, Eden?
Eden Haiku: Nice, thank you. Missing the Eliza part wow!
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, well madrigals are songs :)
Eden Haiku: Madrigal is a song.

    --BELL--

    Paradise Tennant: eliza's song :)
Eliza Madrigal: some madrigals are "Elizabethan"
Eden Haiku: Vertigo got vertigo ...
Eos Amaterasu: I like the notion of Being being a song.....
Eliza Madrigal: Being Singing, yes yes
Eos Amaterasu: "Wake now, discover that you are the song that the mornin' brings,"
    Eliza Madrigal: hah Eden
Eden Haiku: Well chosen name for Eliza ;-) with her singing gecko story...;-)
Paradise Tennant: eos that is so beautiful from who ?
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eos Amaterasu: You Singing, Being Singing :-)
Calvino Rabeni: What comes after that, Eos - about seasons?
Eos Amaterasu: Paradise, that's from a Grateful Dead song
    Paradise Tennant: ;)
Eos Amaterasu: "Wake up to find out that you are the eyes of the world"
Eden Haiku: You Singing, Being Singing. Are you taking notes Calvino? :-)
    Eliza Madrigal: gorgeous
Calvino Rabeni: Bound for the glossary :)
    Eden Haiku: Good!
Eliza Madrigal: music can wake us, and put us to sleep
Eden Haiku: That is very profound Eos what you just created. We are bewildered...
    Eos Amaterasu: ?
Eden Haiku: Should put it on your list of accomplisments ;-)
Eden Haiku: You Singing, Being Singing
Eos Amaterasu: Add it to the list of 100? :-)
Eliza Madrigal: Eos has a gift of bewildering with touching phrases :)
Eden Haiku: You already made it?
Calvino Rabeni: How about BSY - Being Singing You
Eos Amaterasu: No.... I'm impressed that you have such a list :-)
    Eliza Madrigal: ooo
    Eos Amaterasu: Yes
    Eden Haiku: You are?
    Calvino Rabeni: Yes
Eden Haiku: Should see my list. You would not be ;-)
Eliza Madrigal: hah, Stop that :)
    Paradise Tennant: ;)
Eliza Madrigal: Mine would be incomprehensible to others I think... rather coded :)
Eden Haiku: Ask me a ranom number from 1 to 100.
    Eliza Madrigal: 42
    Eden Haiku: Random.
Eden Haiku: Ok, I will try to be honest.
Calvino Rabeni: I've started my list - see what you have done, Eden? Add that to be #101.
    Eos Amaterasu watches
    Eden Haiku: ;-)
    Calvino Rabeni: #17 then
Eden Haiku: easy: I celebrated Dadd's 85th anniversary at the Molisana restaurant with Claude.
Eden Haiku: 17. Ok but this is the last.
Eliza Madrigal: Nice thing to add, something I wouldn't have considered...
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Eos Amaterasu: nice exercise :-)
Eden Haiku: Invited Jacqueline at the Express for her birthday. Seems I have been celebrating a lot...
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Little things but it feels good to remember, to be grateful for these moments.
Paradise Tennant: yes being grateful for each moment is key :)
Calvino Rabeni: The key of it, perhaps
Vertigo Ethaniel: they count in times of distress and hardship
    Paradise Tennant: ;) cal
Eos Amaterasu: So yes, speaking of Eden and Paradise, Blake says that "gratitude is heaven itself"
Eliza Madrigal: Hm... and I would add
Calvino Rabeni: And there is a book - Gratefulness, the heart of prayer
    Eliza Madrigal: "Patience" to that
Eden Haiku: Yes. My list of last year had something like; I put my forehead on Mom's forehead in the hospital when she was in the ER.
    Eos Amaterasu: hmmmm
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, how moving, Eden
Eliza Madrigal stops for a minute
Vertigo Ethaniel: thats a really sweet moment
Eden Haiku: So yes, in times of distress and hardship as Vertigo just said the list is helpful too.
Eliza Madrigal: Well the list seems more and more like apapb...
Calvino Rabeni: Calvino Rabeni thinks it boosts the immune system
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Took this idea from a makeover book I heard about on Oprah show years ago... ;-)
Eden Haiku: Have been doing it for about 10 years now.

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: Sharing these moments of peace with you in PaB is a big accomplishment of my 2009 list.
    Paradise Tennant: ;)
Eos Amaterasu: these moments here are both ordinary and extraordinary
    Eliza Madrigal: :) yes
Eos Amaterasu: this is a as good as it gets
Paradise Tennant: yes sometimes it is very hard to explain to a non sler's ..who connecting .. and worthwhile the time spent here can be :)
Eden Haiku: Yes, Eos. My first sessions here, I had the feeling my mother was sitting in this circle. I felt so moved.
    Paradise Tennant: :)
Eden Haiku: And Mickorod (I think it was him) said that deceased people could join us here.
Eden Haiku: I got hooked by PaB. ;-)
Eliza Madrigal: Eden using the phrase 'showering ourselves with kindness" makes me think of Whitman lines... " I dote on myself” there is that lot of me, and all so luscious; Each moment, and whatever happens, thrills me with joy. "
Eden Haiku: Ah Whitman is the best always!
Eos Amaterasu: Whitman was walking in the garden
Calvino Rabeni: And did a lot of observation
Eliza Madrigal: yes I could have closed my eyes and grabbed lines there...
Eden Haiku: I celebrate myself, and sing myself
Calvino Rabeni: looked into things and saw their excellence
Eliza Madrigal: modeling appreciating the paradise we are
Eden Haiku: aNd waht I assume you shall assume
Eden Haiku: ùFor every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you
Eliza Madrigal: patiently unfolding the petals... yes :)
    Paradise Tennant: loves whitman :)
Calvino Rabeni: braced in the beams, stout as a horse - haughty, upright - Electrical.
Eliza Madrigal: You know, I have a bit of a cold and was in bed much of the day, but your company has been so energizing! Thank you... I have to stop and notice that I feel great :)
Calvino Rabeni: contains multitudes of qualities
    Eos Amaterasu: Rx :-)
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Eliza Madrigal: good for the immune system indeed!
Paradise Tennant: yes connection is a human necessity .. petting a dog can .. lower your stress :)
Eden Haiku: So glad to hear that Eliza"
Eliza Madrigal: That said, I should go to bed, too :)
Eliza Madrigal: Blessings and Namaste :)
    Eos Amaterasu: 'night, Eliza!
Paradise Tennant: good nite eliza I hope you feel much better tomorrow :)
    Eden Haiku: Bye Eliza!
Eliza Madrigal: Night, Thanks and Pleasant dreams :)
    Eden Haiku: No more snow...
    Paradise Tennant: ;)
Eos Amaterasu: whups, spoke too soon :-)
    Paradise Tennant: ;)
Eden Haiku: Just seeing the gardenias here remind me of their fragrance.
Eos Amaterasu: Well, I will also turn in...
    Eos Amaterasu: good night, all!
    Calvino Rabeni: _/!\_
    Eden Haiku: Good nite Eos
    Paradise Tennant: nite nite eos
Paradise Tennant: nice contrast gardenias and snow :0
Eden Haiku: And as we talk of the snow...

    --BELL--

Calvino Rabeni: I must go also - slipping out quietly namaste
