Sat last night. Felt refreshed then found myself with the laptop next to the bed, watching talks... so not technically sitting right before bed. Tonight will turn computer off before sitting. Do already notice getting to bed in a clearer frame of mind.
Sitting late at night isn't working for me, I'm going to switch to mornings (get up a quarter hour earlier). Sat today for nearly ten minutes, always on the edge of nodding off or going into a dreamlike state. (Which was fun, but not why I came here.)
