    Morning sitting. Simultaneously still and vibrant. Content.

    Bow of slight curve of straight back,
    Mountain friending wide air surrounding,
    Wind freeing inside outside,
    Eyes chromatic, ears harmonic,
    Spirits mischievous, still, sage,
    Big dot, little dot, redeeming.

    Bottling bubbling from the kitchen,
    The Speaker of Birds card reversed from the Shining Woman Deck,
    Blue cloth to wipe the screen.

    Meditated in the evening. Did some prostrations, followed by some sitting meditation. I think the sitting mediation doesn't quite work for me, as it is definitely easier to let your thoughts wander off when you're sitting than when you're standing or kneeling.

    The scanning of my plans for the day for an opportunity to meditate is starting to feel quite natural. This 99 days thing works!

    Sat in SL with Bertram's meditation group, which has become a welcome part of my Sunday evening. Drifted off.

    After reading yesterday's comments by Aphrodite and Eos, about droplets, I'm watching a caffe latte being brewed, droplet by droplet, in my favorite Small World Cafe in Princeton. Remembering Eos' variation on the heart sutra:
    ::: no shoes, no shirts, no service :::
    after doing deep Play as Being, I decided to add a few more lines to this apocryphal version:
    ::: latte, latte, caffe latte :::
    ::: triple caffe latte :::
    ::: Play as Being :::

    All morning with Pabbers; all afternoon and evening with Quakers. No recliner sit today. Instead, several hours with a brilliant physician-activist who sees a direct lineage-connection between the civil rights movement of the 1960's and today's Occupy happenings.

    After PaB with Wol and Korel, I joined Wol in Bertram's meditation group. Tried sitting, but used to standing so I rose and eventually moved into Tai Chi, Was nice listening to Tibetian before and after the meditation.
