Halfway. Time for (yet another) reboot. Resolution: I will write something every day, even if only "No time today."

Recliner sit -- How many and varied are the ways I've organized this room so that everything I want is physically available without [much] thought. Have I made similar arrangements with mental structures? - to keep thoughts accessible in their "separate" realms? Have I succumb to adopting slogans, identifications, and allegiances that allow contradiction and nonsense a comfortable, effortless home? "All is one." "United we stand." "Are you saved?"

Thanks, Steven, for yesterday's pointer to the ideas that you mentioned also in the session you pointed to, expanding our lungs on the in-breath, first, and then on the out-breath "expanding ourselves into the space that surround us". Surprisingly similar to what I wrote yesterday, inspired by Lucinda, but subtle different. Very nice to taste both approaches!
