Following Bruce's suggestion from yesterday, already picked up by Eos as well that day, I continued to look at the inner/outer contrast, a nice follow-up from what I did already yesterday. Recognizing the outer as given for me in my experience immediately gave it more of an inner quality; with only inner left, all the outer inside the inner made the inner again feel more outer and both began to blend more and more (if that makes any sense at all; phenomenological descriptions are neither easy to write nor easy to read :-)
At the wall, memories of child in the corner, possibly not even true. Realized I didn't mind very much and that it allowed me to 'face' that feeling of having 'been bad' in some very soft and loving way... no big deal, just appreciation and sense of abundance of life.
Took an early Tai Chi Class this morning since I will be joined by out of town friends next week and unable to attend class. There were only two of us today. We were introduced to the "Fan Form". This was very dance/ballet like and not particularly becoming of stevie.... however, since the edges of the fan would have sharp blades and the tips have sharp dagger -like points, I took comfort in knowing I would have the last laugh if made fun of :)

Watched a TV show about how, in the mere 25 years since the Chernobyl meltdown, teeming bio-diversity now exists throughout a vast area deadly to humans. Later, watched another show about the likelihood of life forms developing on other planets in our own solar system.
