Finding myself in quite a few and quite different settings today... many people about, trying on my projections of their lives and views. Now in a sparse Starbucks, waiting for a storm, having finished tea and madelines wrapped in conversations with Eden and Proust. Amazing that one can always slow into appreciation 'more'... indulging more and more on what some might deem, less and less. Meditated in late in the evening. The usual difficulty to tear myself away from the computer. However, I was able to restart the meditation quite easily after I was was disturbed by a phone call.

Standing meditation. I found it difficult to get into the meditation today, so I went back to the basics: allow by body to straighten on the in-breath, allow it to relax on the out-breath, and let my body and gravity work it out together.

Recliner sit: After today's 13:00 PaB session, I accepted Zen's invitation to see his latest SL art exhibit of pastels and oils. Watched myself gently transported into wonder and bliss.
